文化大繁荣形势下的高校哲学社会科学科研机制改革探究

当前，在大力推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的新形势下，高校应努力建设和繁荣发展哲学社会科学创新体系。高校哲学社会科学科研机制现实困境主要在于重视数量、忽视质量，理论研究与现实应用相脱节，研究载体尚不丰富。因此，应从实施以创新质量为导向的高校哲学社会科学评价机制、创新高校哲学社会科学科研管理机制、加强高校哲学社会科学高水平研究平台建设等方面重点突破。

Abstract:At present,under the new situation of vigorously promoting the development and prosperity of socialist culture,colleges and universities should make efforts to build and prosperously develp philosophy and social science innovation system.The practical dilemma of the scientific research mechanism of philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities lies in valuing quantity,neglecting quality,disjunction between theoretical research and practical application,and the research carrier is not rich.Therefore,key breakthrough should be made from the aspects of implementing innovatin and quality-oriented evaluation mechanism of philosophy and social science in colleges and universities,innovatig management mechanism of philosophy and science research,and strenghtening high-level research platform constrction of philosophy and social science in colleges and universities.

党的十八报告提出了建设社会主义文化强国的战略任务。党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》，对高校哲学社会科学发展明确了新目标、提出了新任务、指明了新方面、确立了新行动。2016年5月，习近平总书记在哲学社会科学座谈会的重要讲话，深刻阐述哲学社会科学的历史地位和时代价值，为加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学体系做出了重大战略性部署。当前，大力推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣，努力建设和繁荣发展高校哲学社会科学创新体系，已成为高校广大哲学社会科学工作者和研究人员的历史责任和使命担当。
