校企融合模式下高职院校学生创新创业能力的培养

“校企合作、产教融合”是高职院校人才培养的特色所在，也是培养高职院校学生创新创业能力的必然途径。在明晰创新创业能力内涵及培养重要性的基础上，在校企融合视角下研究高职院校学生创新创业能力的培养途径，以期为企业培养更多的满足区域经济发展需要的岗位技能强、综合实践能力突出的创新型技能人才。

Abstract:"School-enterprise cooperation,production and education integration" are the characteristics of talent training in higher vocational colleges,and also an inevitable path of cultivating students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and cultivating importance of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,this paper studies the ways of cultivating students'ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in the field of school-enterprise cooperation,so as to cultivate more innovative technical talents with strong job skills and outstanding comprehensive practice ability to meet the needs of regional economic development for enterprises.

“校企合作、产教融合”是高职院校人才培养的特色所在，也是培养高职院校学生创新创业能力的必然途径。渤海船舶职业学院在继续深化“国家骨干高职院校”建设成果的基础上，在人才培养、课程体系、学生创业基地建设等方面探索提升高职院校学生创新创业实践能力的新路径，通过校企合作、产教融合、共同育人，为企业培养更多的满足区域经济发展需要的岗位技能强、综合实践能力突出的创新型技能人才。

1 创新创业能力的内涵

创新是一种兼顾意志、信心、勇气和智慧的思维能力，它是利用自身具有的知识和技能，对某种事物提出新的方法和观点，并对其进行发明和改造。创新能力是由多种能力组成的，包括学习知识的能力、分析问题的能力、敏锐的观察能力、解决问题的能力、实践能力、组织协调能力和团队协作的能力。创业是一种创新性的社会活动，其本质是单独开展一项事业并通过自身努力使其快速发展的活动。……
