摘 要 心理健康教育是高职院校的一项重要工作，同时也是高职院校德育工作的重要组成部分。当前高职院校的大学生心理健康教育工作还存在很多问题，新形势下仍然需要不断改进和完善，以提高大学生的心理健康水平。本文主要分析了高职院校心理健康教育的作用以及当前心理健康教育中存在的问题，在此基础上提出了完善心理健康教育的具体措施，以供参考。

Abstract Mental health education is an important work in higher vocational colleges， and it is also an important part of moral education in Higher Vocational colleges. At present， there are still many problems in college students' psychological health education in higher vocational colleges. Under the new situation， we need to constantly improve and perfect， so as to improve the level of mental health of College students. This paper mainly analyzes the role of psychological health education in higher vocational colleges and the problems existing in the current mental health education.

《中华人民共和国教育法》中规定学校的一项重要任务就是保护学生的心理健康。《中国教育改革与发展纲要》中也将心理素质作为学生的一项重要发展标准，要求学校要提高全体学生的思想道德、文化素质、心理素质以及劳动技能等。随着社会主义现代化建设进程的不断加快，我们的社会出现了一系列变革，人们的心理状态也在一定程度上受到了很大的影响。当前，只有认真分析大学生的心理状况，采取有效措施加强对大学生的心理健康指导，才能保证大学生的心理健康。本文主要结合大学生心理健康教育的重要性以及其中出现的问题，分析了了高职院校大学生心理健康教育的完善措施。

1 心理健康教育在高职院校学生管理中的作用

1.1 心理健康教育有助于学生形成良好的心理素质
