摘 要：细胞工程是一门理论和实践相结合的课程，其理论和实验教学对该学科有着重要意义。传统的讲授式教学形式过于单一且效果不佳。在多媒体教学的基础上，利用互联网工具整合资源，能高效利用课内外时间，给学生提供平台获得学生反馈，并能及时总结教学效果。采用多种形式的互联网工具，有效地提高了学生的学习效率和学习兴趣。

The Application of Internet Tools in Cell Engineering Teaching

Abstract：Cell engineering is acombining of theory and practice， and the theoretical and experimental teaching is of great significance to this subject.The traditional teaching mode is too single and the effect is not good. On the basis of multimedia teaching， the internet tools was used to integrate resources，it can effectively use the inside and outside of the class time， to provide students with the platform to get feedback from students， and to summarize the teaching effect in a timely manner. The use of various forms of internet toolshave effectively improved the learning efficiency and learning interest of students.

細胞工程是现代生物工程中涉及面极为广泛的一门生物技术之一，它与基因工程一起代表着现代生物工程最新的发展前沿。其技术应用广泛，已经渗透到生命科学以及生物制药等各个领域，在与生命科学相关专业学生的培养中具有举足轻重的教学地位。细胞工程是一门实践性和应用性很强的学科，理论知识抽象丰富，对学生理解起来有一定难度，因此细胞工程教学的方式方法尤为重要。细胞工程教学的主要任务是让学生较为容易的理解和掌握细胞工程原理和技术，并通过实验掌握细胞培养，细胞分离与传代，细胞冻存与复苏，细胞转染以及细胞融合的等主要技术[1-2]。目前，我们已经有了多媒体教学的平台，但是该平台的形式较为单一，很多教师把它当做一个电子黑板，并没有采用多样化教学模式，使得教学内容缺乏活力，师生互动不够，沟通不足，这些问题都影响了教学的效果。互联网工具包括网盘，微信平台，问卷平台等，是一组新兴的网络工具，课用做大学生日常学习资料储存，日常沟通，信息发布以及大规模数据统计等新型方式，这也给网络化教学带来了新的方式和机遇。……
