摘 要 作为舶来品的社会工作专业必须经过本土化才能“西为中用”，价值观作为社会工作的基石，其本土化尤为重要。笔者认为，目前本土化的社会工作价值体系在架构上比较全面，但在全面的同时忽略了本土化的价值观同西方社会价值观一样存在其自身的内部矛盾，同时，也忽略了社会工作作为一门专业，其价值必须有区别于其他专业的本质特性。同时，本土化的价值体系在实际操作中，存在情景化困境。

Abstract From the social work profession must be locally to the west is used， values as the cornerstone of social work， its localization is very important. The author believes that the value system of the localization of social work in the framework of a more comprehensive， but in the overall localization while ignoring the values with western social values have its own internal contradictions， at the same time， it also ignores the social work as a profession， its value must have the characteristics different from other professional. 社会工作的价值观是一个众说纷纭且不断发展的领域，自该专业在国内推广以来，众多的学者专注于研究其本土化的价值观，尤以王思斌教授最为权威。笔者通过反思王思斌教授关于价值观的研究，认为社会工作专业价值观在本土化后同西方该专业價值观都存在其内部矛盾，这些矛盾在具体操作中出现难以调和的情景化困境。

1 中国社会工作体系的本土化建构

社会工作是西方国家工业革命以后形成的工业化、都市化的产物，是对都市文明的一种反映，是工业化造成的一系列社会问题的制度性解决方式。其价值基础来源于新教伦理精神、人道主义理念和社会福利思想。①新教伦理的核心概念是在上帝面前人人平等，这一思想打破了传统的集权思想，树立了个人的权威，诱发了自由、民主和自立观念的产生。②人道主义是以人为中心或本位的哲学价值理念，承认人与生俱来的一切权利，并由基斯—鲁卡斯发展成为“人道主义—实证主义—乌托邦”的信仰体系，成为西方国家公民的第二信仰体系。……
