【摘要】目的 分析探讨对于慢性稳定性冠心病患者采取稳心颗粒对于心率变异性的影响。方法 研究对象选取2015年9月～2016年10月在我院心内科门诊就诊的慢性稳定性冠心病患者58例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各29例。对照组采取常规治疗措施，观察组在此基础上结合稳心颗粒进行治疗，通过动态心电图分析对比两组患者的疗效以及心率变异性的影响。结果 治疗前两组HRVti、SDNN、RMSSD等心率变异指标对比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；经上述相应治疗后两组HRVti、SDNN、RMSSD均较之前均有提高，观察组各项心率变异指标改善效果更优，组间（观察组、对照组治疗后）、组内（各组治疗前、后）数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于慢性稳定性冠心病患者采取稳心颗粒对于自主神经系统活性和心脏交感神经与迷走神经张力及其平衡性具有显著的帮助作用，也随之影响了心率变异性的稳定，适合在临床上对于慢性稳定性冠心病的治疗上推广和应用。

Effect of Wenxin Granule on heart rate variability in patients with chronic stable coronary heart disease

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the chronic patients with stable coronary heart disease（CHD）take metacentre grain effect on the patients with heart rate variability.Methods The research object，in September 2015 to2016years in our hospital during October of cardiology clinic on chronic 58 patients with stable coronary heart disease，its each 29 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group， control group treated with conventional measures，observation group based on the combination of metacentric granule treatment，through the comparison of two groups of patients with the dynamic ecg analysis clinical treatment effect and the influence of heart rate variability.Results The two groups before treatment HRVti，SDNN，RMSSD and heart rate variation index contrast and there was no significant difference（P>0.05）；After treatment with the corresponding two groups HRVti， SDNN， RMSSD were increased than before，the observation group the heart rate variation indexes improved effect is better， between group（observation group and control group after treatment），group（treatment group）before and after data contrast differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion For chronic patients with stable coronary heart disease（CHD）take metacentre grain for patients with autonomic nervous system activity and cardiac sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve tension and balance has significant help，also will affect the stability of the heart rate variability，suitable for clinical to chronic stability popularized and applied in the treatment of coronary heart disease.

临床上将冠心病分为两类，一种是不稳定性冠心病，包括不稳定性心绞痛、急性心肌梗死（有或无ST段抬高）、心源性猝死。另一种是稳定性冠心病，包括稳定性心绞痛、有心梗及冠脉重建病史。稳定性冠心病发病率高，易发生恶性心律失常、猝死风险高[1]，其潜在风险极大，不容忽视。心率变异性（HRV）指窦性心律逐次心动周期之间的时间变异数。HRV分析是目前检测自主神经功能的一种无创且应用简便的方法，可以反映自主神经对心脏的调控。而本文主要就稳心颗粒对慢性稳定性冠心病心率变异性的影响做研究，现报告如下。
