摘 要 目的：评价护理干预对社区高血压患者家庭血压监测知识的掌握效果。方法：选择2015年3月—8月2个居委162例60～70岁的高血压患者对其进行家庭血压监测基线调查和护理干预后的效果进行评价。结果：对162例高血压患者实施护理干预措施后，98%患者能熟练掌握家庭血压监测的知识，提高了家庭血压监测的准确度。结论：居家血压监测护理干预有利于患者提高自测准确度，从而提高患者的治疗率和控制率，减少清晨时段心肌梗死，脑卒中等心血管疾病的高发生率。

Evaluation of nursing intervention on home blood pressure monitoring in the hypertension patients in the community

ABSTRACT Objective： To evaluate the nursing intervention on home blood pressure monitoring in the hypertension patients in the community. Methods： One hundred and sixty-two hypertension patients aged between 60 and 70 years old were selected in the two neighborhood committees from March to August 2015， and a baseline survey of home blood pressure monitoring was conducted and the effect of the nursing intervention on it was assessed. Results： After the implementation of nursing intervention for 162 cases of hypertension， 98% them could master the knowledge of home blood pressure monitoring so as to improve the accuracy of home blood pressure monitoring. Conclusion： The nursing intervention of home blood pressure monitoring can improve the accuracy of the patients self testing so as to improve the treatment and control rates of hypertension to reduce the incidences of myocardial infarction， stroke and other cardiovascular diseases.

我国现患高血压2亿人，由于人群高血压患病率的不断升高和防控力度不够，我国高血压人群的知晓率、治疗率、控制率仍处于较低水平，我国每年有300万人死于心脑血管疾病，其中有2/3与高血压有关[1]。浦东新区北蔡社区卫生服务中心截止2015年12月底，高血压管理23 050人，管理率91.96%，规范管理率72.14%，血压控制率88.37%，面对这么庞大的高血压人群，让居民了解自己的血压水平，让患者知晓自己患高血压，从而提高高血压患者的治疗率和控制率，是现阶段我国高血压防治的主要任务[2]。现今自动血压计正逐步取代台式水银柱血压计，首选经国际标准认证的上臂式电子血压计，因其操作简单、使用方便、准确性好而推荐广泛使用，在社区居家血压监测中起到积极作用。
