〔摘要〕本文在阐述统计信息咨询服务体系内涵的基础上，分析了三大类统计信息咨询服务体系的构成和特点，着重探讨了它们发展过程中存在的问题。本文认为，三大类服务体系有必要通过互助合作来实现自身的完善和发展。互助合作的形式有：合同制、行业管理组织、体系共建等。互助合作的保障措施有3个关键点：思想观念的转变、坚持基本原则和体系制度的完善。旨在为我国三大类统计信息咨询服务体系的发展完善提供丰富的理论和实践经验参考。

〔Abstract〕On the basis of describing the connotation of statistical information consulting service system，this paper analyses the composition and characteristics of the three main types of statistical information consulting service systems and emphatically probes into the problems existing in the process of their development.This paper argues that it is necessary for three main types of statistical information consulting service systems to work through mutual assistance and cooperation to achieve self-improvement and self-development.The form of mutual assistance and cooperation are：contract，industry management organizations and system co-construction.There are three key points for mutual assistance and cooperation safeguards：ideological change，adherence to the basic principles and improving the systems and regimes.This paper intends to provide a wealth of practical experience and theoretical reference for the development and improvement of three main types of statistical information consulting service systems.

通过对CNKI、Elsevier、Emerald等国内外数据库的搜索、分析，发现国内外学者主要从统计信息咨询服务的服务对象、业务范围、服务方式、存在不足、机构设置、收费标准、系统构建和综合发展、市场化、产业化及实例分析等角度探讨了统计信息咨询服务工作方面问题。但偏重于对统计信息咨询服务的具体要素研究，关于统计信息咨询服务体系的研究相对缺失。只有在服务体系发展完善的情况下，统计信息咨询服务才能拥有良好的发展环境，其效果才能得到充分的发挥。
