摘要：能源资源的稀缺性特点决定我们要持续的关注“节能降耗”，更应该深入研究与将更多、更好的节能降耗技术应用于社会生产、生活各个领域当中，从而实现预期的节能减排目标、达到節能降耗目的；作为社会生产、生活重要能源来源之一的油气资源开发与利用，同样面临着节能降耗问题，这主要是因为油气资源开发、利用本身就伴随着大量的能源资源消耗，也是节能降耗的重点。为此，笔者结合工作实际，从油田油气资源开发与利用角度就采油系统、集输系统、热力系统和电力系统中的节能降耗技术应用问题进行了深入探讨；旨在促进节能降耗技术在油田油气资源开发与利用过程中的科学合理应用。

Abstract： The scarcity of energy resources determines that we should pay more attention to energy saving and consumption reduction. We should further study and apply more and better techniques of energy saving and consumption reduction to various fields of social production and life， so as to realize the expected energy saving and emission reduction targets， to achieve the purpose of energy saving. Oil and gas resource is an important source of social production and life， so its development and utilization is facing energy-saving problems. This is mainly because oil and gas resources development and utilization itself is with large energy and resource consumption， which is the focus of energy saving. In this paper， the author discusses the application of energy saving technology in oil extraction system， gathering system， thermal system and electric power system from the point of exploitation and utilization of oil and gas resources in the field. The aim is to promote the scientific and rational application of energy saving technology in oil and gas resources development and utilization.

0 引言

随着我国社会各个领域、各个行业的稳步、可持续健康发展，社会能源需求逐年及大幅增长，鉴于能源资源的稀缺性，为了有效提高能源资源的利用效率及实现节能目的，节能降耗技术开始走入人们的视野，并逐渐被人们所重视；作为社会生产、生活重要能源来源之一的油气资源开发与利用，同样面临着上述资源利用效率问题及节能降耗挑战。油气资源的开发、供应与利用过程本身就伴随着大量的能源资源消耗，因此也是进行节能降耗的重点。从油气资源开发过程角度提高能源的利用效率及节能降耗水平对促进节能降耗在社会各个领域及生产、生活中的实施具有重大而深远的意义。……
