摘要：污水管道做为居民、工业企业等排污设备设施，分布于各大中小城市的地下接近地表部分，污水管道的分布规律，人口越是密集的地区，管道分布越密集。随着城市化的进展，污水管道在增设及使用管理上及管道铺设技术与管理方式也越来越发达。污水管道属于城市基础设施中的重要部分，对其的管理应加强养护与维护，重视投入，建立起排污户档案，以利于对城市污水管道的管理，利于民众的生活质量不断提高，利于城市建设与美化。

Abstract： Sewage pipes are used as sewage treatment facilities for residents and industrial enterprises. The distribution of sewage pipes is close to the surface of the ground and is more intensive in populated areas. With the progress of urbanization， sewage pipes increasing and use management and pipeline laying technology and management methods are also increasingly developed. Sewage pipe is an important part of urban infrastructure， so in sewage pipe management， conservation and maintenance should be strengthened， investment should be increased， and a sewage household file should be established， in order to facilitate the management of urban sewage pipes， help to improve people's quality of life， and benefit urban construction and landscaping.

0 引言

城市污水管道的管理上，常出现一些偷排或超排现象，这关乎着城市环境与市民的生活，严重的可能造成污水管网的瘫痪，甚至引起污水外溢，对环境造成严重污染，给居民生活带来严重后果。所以，在污水管道的管理上，特别要重视污水管道的初期建设和后期管理，对排污量排污口及排污设备设施，要详细建立档案进行了解，针对不同的排污管道实行不同的管理措施。

1 排污管道目前存在的问题

目前，我国城市排污管道还存在着重视建设忽视管理的现象，在污水管道的维护与养护方面，存在着资金缺乏、维护技术不足、管理力度不够的情况。在排污管道的检测上，设备不先进，受资金与投入限制，无法采用先进的检测手段，进行定期维护与养护，造成许多管网存在着病害，无法及时清淤，容易发生堵塞，造成人力财力的浪费。……
