摘要：基于2014年的调研数据，使用结构方程模型方法分析了我国现阶段大学毕业生就业质量的影响因素。结果发现：大学毕业生不是只关注现阶段的就业质量好坏，而是同时对就业质量有全面长远的评价；收入水平仍是大学毕业生评价就业质量的首要标准；大学毕业生开始更多地关注非收入因素对就业质量的影响；保障性和稳定性是大学毕业生评判就业质量的重要指标。基于此，本文在如何改善大学毕业生就业质量方面对大学毕业生、企业、政府给予了相应的启示和建议。

Abstract：（英）摘要：Based on the 2014 survey data， using the structural equation model this paper analyzes the factors influencing the quality of the college graduates employment at the present stage in China. We screen the 17 significant factors affecting the quality of employment.The results showed that： 1） University graduates are not only concerned with the quality of employment at this stage， but also rated the overall quality of employment have longterm；2） The income level is still the primary criterion for the university graduates to evaluate the quality of employment； 3） University graduates began to pay more attention to nonincome factors that influence the quality of employment； 4）Security and stability are important indicators to affect the quality of employment. Based on the analysis， we promote some suggestions on how to improve job quality to university graduates， businesses， government.

就业乃民生之本，十八大报告在继续关注就业问题的同时，进一步指出要“推进实现更高质量的就业”，这就说明我们的决策层开始进一步地关注就业质量这一深层次的问题。……
