摘要：通过对大量文献分析归纳的结果表明，产业集群升级的研究自上世纪九十年代末以来大致沿着“集群外部层面→集群层面→集群异质性主体层面”的逻辑演进，其中全球价值链、全球生产网络理论从产业集群外部层面探寻产业集群升级的路径和模式，而产业集群升级的因素观点、结构观点和演化观点从产业集群整体层面探究集群资源、能力与网络的演化升级过程。从未来研究趋势来看，从集群内主体的“同质性假定”过渡到“异质性假定”，从“外因决定论”过渡到“内因决定论”或“内外因综合决定论”，从“结构主义导向”过渡到“行为主义导向”，将是未来产业集群升级研究的重要发展方向。

The Logic evolution and Future research directions of Cluster upgrading

—— a three level framework from macro view to micro view

Abstract： Through the analysis of a large number of literature， the results show that， the research of industrial cluster upgrading is evolving in the path of “outside of cluster→whole body of cluster→heterogeneous firms in the cluster ” from 1990s， the global value chain theory and the global production network theory study the path and mode of cluster upgrading on the view of outside the cluster， and the resource， capability and evolution view of cluster upgrading are mainly researching the evolution process of cluster upgrading. On the orientation of future research of clusters upgrading， from the “homogeneous to heterogeneity” of the cluster firms， from the “structural orientation” to “behavioral orientation” and from the “external factors determined” to “internal factors determined” or “comprehensive determined” will be the important direction of future research of cluster upgrading.

产业集群升级对于处于转型期的中国经济来说显得尤为重要。自上世纪九十年代以来，国内外学者均围绕这一主题进行了大量理论与实证研究，面对纷繁庞杂的研究文献，我们需要对这些文献及其内在逻辑进行系统梳理，以帮助我们把握产业集群研究的现状，并更好地为未来相关领域研究提供理论铺垫和方向引领。通过对产业集群升级领域大量国内外文献的搜集、整理与归纳，本文认为产业集群升级的理论研究大致沿着“产业集群外部视角——产业集群整体视角——产业集群内异质性主体视角”的逻辑演进，以下本文将对这一思路的形成进行深入剖析，并根据这一思路从宏观到微观分三层次对相关层面的文献和内在逻辑进行阐释，最后归纳出未来产业集群升级研究的发展趋势。……
