表皮样囊肿继发三叉神经痛围手术期综合护理

目的：总结颅内表皮样囊肿(ECS)继发三叉神经痛围手术期的综合护理配合要点。方法： 2009年1月至2015年12月我院神经外科共收治987例三叉神经痛(TN)，其中表皮样囊肿继发三叉神经痛28例(2.8%)，回顾性分析其围手术期综合护理配合的要点。结果经系统、精心手术及护理，28例患者均成功实施了肿瘤全切或次全切除，三叉神经痛症状完全消失，无严重术后并发症。术后随访6～60个月，三叉神经痛均未复发，影像学证实未见肿瘤复发。结论手术治疗及围手术期综合护理的实施，保障了手术安全和疗效。护理配合的要点包括：术前做到心理干预及术前准备，术后做到常规护理支持和各种并发症的护理及出院指导。

Abstract：[Objective] To summarize the key points of perioperative comprehensive nursingof epidermoid cyst (ECS) combined with trigeminal neuralgia. [Method]Among a total of 987 cases of trigeminal neuralgia treated in our department from January to December 2009, 28(2.8%) cases presented with trigeminal neuralgia secondary to epidermoid cyst. The main points of the comprehensive nursing cooperation during perioperative period were retrospectively analyzed. [Result] After careful nursing, 28 patients were successfully implemented tumor resection, the symptoms of trigeminal neuralgia completely disappeared and there were no serious postoperative complications. During postoperative follow-up for 6-60 months, no recurrence of trigeminal neuralgia was found and no tumor recurrence was confirmed by imaging. [Conclusion] Surgical treatment and perioperative comprehensive nursing implementation has significant effect.The key points of nursing cooperation include: preoperative psychological intervention and preoperative preparation, postoperative routine nursing support, all kinds of complications of nursing and discharge guidance.

桥小脑角区表皮样囊肿继发的三叉神经痛占所有三叉神经痛的0.2%～5.5%[1]。目前，少有文献报道表皮样囊肿继发三叉神经痛的围手术期护理。2009年1月至2015年12月，我院神经外科收治的987例三叉神经痛中有表皮样囊肿继发三叉神经痛28例，通过手术治疗及围手术期护理，取得了较好效果，现将围手术期综合护理总结如下。
