摘要：国际上认可的骨龄评定方法是计分法和图谱法，判读者多将两种方法综合使用，以提高准确性。我国体育行业所使用的国家标准中华05只有计分法，没有图谱法。从丰富中华05骨龄评价标准的角度出发，试图基于中华05骨龄计分法制作6～19岁男性骨龄图谱标准片，有利于判读者精确评定骨龄。研究选取全国6～19岁男性运动员手腕部数字X片20，956张，用中华05计分法判读后，参照G-P图谱的方法，结合我国青少年体育赛事分龄的客观要求，研制图谱标准片，使用两次判读骨龄相同百分数、骨龄差值的标准差、95%置信区间和相关分析对图谱进行信效度检验。经检验，6～19岁男性中华05骨龄图谱标准片具有客观性，可以用于我国男性儿童青少年运动员骨龄判读。

Abstract：TW scoring method and atlas method are standard methods in the world. Rater can increase accuracy with both TW scoring method and atlas method. CHN05， the National standard in China has scoring method only but not atlas method. To rich CHN05 standard， this paper is trying to make male bone age atlas from 6 to 19 years old by investigating 20，956 qualified bone age X-ray films from all over the 6 to 19 year old boys from China and using CHN05 to determine bone age. This paper develops the atlas according to G-P Atlas combined with the objective requirements of the age of youth sports events in China， using SPSS software to perform channel correction of test patterns. After testing， it is found that the CHN05 male bone age atlas from 6 to 19 has objectivity and can be used to assess the athlete bone age of male children and adolescents in China.

骨龄是评价生物年龄的理想指标[1-2]，广泛应用于临床医学、体育科研和司法鉴定等领域[3-10]。在医学领域，骨龄主要用于内分泌和生长发育性疾病的诊治[3]以及脊柱矫正、下肢均衡等外科手术[4]。在体育领域，骨龄主要用于杜绝年龄造假现象，规范比赛秩序[5-6]；确定运动员发育水平，制定科学的训练手段[7-8]；作为运动员选材的指标，选拔体育运动人才[9]。在司法鉴定领域，骨龄主要用于鉴定犯罪嫌疑人或者死者的年龄，为判刑提供参考[10]。

评定骨龄必须依赖于一个科学客观的评定方法，骨龄评定方法在一百多年的发展历程中，大致经历了重点位置观察法、计测法、图谱法、计分法等方法的演变，目前国际上认可的骨龄评定方法是图谱法和计分法，二者在使用中各有利弊[11-12]。……
