[摘 要] 柔性教育对当前高等教育人才培养模式改革具有很好的导向作用。将柔性教育思想引入到经管类专科学生统计学教学中，探讨柔性教育在统计学教学中的应用效果，并提出了应用策略：教学管理目标化、教学计划弹性化、教学内容模块化、教学过程互动化和考核评价多样化，从而激发学生学习潜能，提升教师教学效果。

The Application of Flexible Education for Economic Management College Students in Statistics Teaching

Abstract： The flexible education has the good guiding role on the current reform of higher education personnel training mode. The study introduces the flexible education thought into the statistics teaching of economic management college students， discusses the application effect， and puts forward the application strategies in terms of targeted teaching management， flexible teaching plan， modular teaching content， interactive teaching process and diversified evaluation， so as to stimulate students learning potential and improve the teaching effect.

随着计算机和信息技术的迅猛发展和普及应用，大数据时代的到来，要求学生具备一定的数据处理分析能力。统计学是经管类各专业均必须开设的核心课程，然而在日常教学过程中，学生普遍反映统计学是一门较难的课程，且教学效果不理想。关键原因在于现有的教学模式多为照本宣科，教学内容与教学方式过于刚性，学生的自主学习能力未能得到充分激发，讲授内容未与实际应用有效衔接，人才培养也不能完全满足市场要求。本文针对当前经管类专科学生统计学教学中存在的问题与障碍，将柔性教育引入到教学过程中，以“柔”克“刚”，采用柔性教学模式满足市场对人才的柔性需求。

一、柔性教育理念的形成及其内涵

柔性（Flexibility）的概念源于制造业的柔性制造系统，强调对环境变化所表现出的灵活性和适应性，是现代管理方式的新趋向。最早将柔性概念应用到教学中的是美国，由上世纪90年代初美国政府教育部门和一些大学管理者率先提出，是为适应全球信息化背景下市场对人才需求的变化，在实践中逐渐形成的教育理念。……
