【摘要】目的：探讨大学生性健康教育现状调研与对策。方法：采用自编在校大学生性健康教育调查问卷，随机抽样调查贵州某师范高校300名在校大学生进行问卷。结果：贵州某师范高校大学生对性健康知识关注很少、一无所知的人数共占75.7%。结论：加强在校大学生性健康知识宣传及教育。

【Abstract】Objectives： To explore the current situation and countermeasures of sexual health education for college students. Methods： A survey among 300 college students in a normal university with self-designed questionnaires was conducted by stratified sampling. Results： 75.7% of college students paid very little or no attention to sexual health knowledge. Conclusion： Sexual health education should be strengthened for college students.

随着科技的进步与发展，尤其是网络的普及，在校大学生受到国内乃至国际性信息的冲击，导致性观念的思想较开放。另外在校大学生结婚禁令的解除，大学生的两性性健康问题、性心理、性道德与法律的问题也越来越多。伴随而来的是大学生的性观念的开放思想与自身的社会阅历尚浅形成的一种矛盾也越来越危险[1-9]，尤其是对师范类大学生性健康教育显得更加重要：不但关系到自身的身心健康、恋爱关系、性与优生、婚姻与家庭等问题的正确处理，而且对师范生将来的教师岗位能否胜任辅导他们学生的青春期健康教育有着直接的关系，为此性教育已被联合国教科文组织纳入中国职前教师教育试点项目，项目要求师范类的学生必须修学合格大学生性健康教育这门课程才能获得教师资格证资格[10-15]。

大学生正值性器官、性生理迅速发育较成熟，而性的身心需求与性心理未完全成熟的矛盾时期。因此需要对在校大学生进行处理好两性之间的身体性健康问题，性心理、性道德与法律等性健康知识指导教育。……
