【摘要】医源性多胎妊娠是人类辅助生殖技术以及促排卵治疗中常见的并发症，其可导致一系列的母婴危害，严重威胁母婴健康。本文从医源性多胎妊娠的原因出发，分析其危害，探讨防治措施，进一步提出伦理学思考及社会思考，引起人们对多胎妊娠的关注。

【Abstract】Iatrogenic multifetal pregnancy is a common complication in assisted reproductive technology and ovulation treatment， which could lead to a series of hazard to mom and infant and pose a severe threat to health. In order to put forward the ethical and social thinking， this article based on the reasons leading to iatrogenic multiple pregnancy tries to analyze its harm and explore the measures of prevention and treatment， aiming at attract peoples attention to multifetal pregnancy.

近37年来，随着人类辅助生殖技术的迅速发展、促排卵药物的广泛应用和高龄孕妇的逐年增多，多胎妊娠的发生率逐年上升，其已成为导致流产、早产、出生缺陷及围产儿发病率和死亡率增加的重要原因。据文献报道，在采用体外受精-胚胎移植（in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer，IVF-ET）和卵细胞浆内单精子注射（intracytophlasmic sperm injection ，ICSI ）等辅助生殖技术后的妊娠中，多胎妊娠率可达25%～30%[1]，常规非IVF/ICSI促排卵方案所致的多胎妊娠率更高。英国双胞胎出生率在1970年至2003年间增加了50%，三胞胎增加了400%，美国的多胎率现象也有同样的趋势。一项由美国疾病控制中心（Center for Disease Control，CDC） 最新统计（2011年）的关于美国2009年度全国ART的数据显示：ART子代略占美国出生人口的略多于1%，但是ART多胎出生率高达30.5%，其中双胎出生率28.9%，三胎或三胎以上出生率1.6%[2]。辅助生殖技术本身是为了帮助患者获得健康优质的孩子，但伴随的多胎妊娠却成了影响妊娠结局的不良因素。因此，如何既有效维持总体妊娠率又降低多胎妊娠成为了人类辅助生殖中面临的挑战。本文从以下内容展开，来探讨医源性多胎妊娠的相关问题。……
