【摘要】目的：观察前列消汤对ⅢA型（湿热挟瘀型）慢性前列腺炎（CP）的临床疗效。方法：将80例ⅢA型（湿热挟瘀型）CP患者分为两组（每组各40例），治疗组口服前列消汤，对照组口服银花泌炎灵片，28d为1疗程，疗程结束后评价两组患者的综合疗效。结果：疗程结束后，治疗组总有效率为86.8%，对照组为73.0%，治疗组疗效优于对照组，两组疗效差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：前列消汤临床疗效显著，可有效提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objectives： To observe the clinical curative effect of Qianliexiao decotion on type ⅢA （hot and humid with blood stasis type） prostatitis. Methods： 80 type ⅢA （hot and humid with blood stasis type） prostatitis patients were divided into 2 groups （40 cases）. The treatment group orally took Qianliexiao decotion， and control group orally took yinhua miyanling， both for 28d as a treatment course. The comprehensive efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after a treatment course. Results： After treatment， the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.8%， higher than the control group of 73.0%， with significant difference （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Qianliexiao decotion has distinct clinical curative effect， which can effectively improve the patients quality of life and worth clinical promotion.

慢性前列腺炎（chronic prostatitis，CP）是表现为排尿异常及慢性盆腔疼痛为主，或伴有精神神经症状、性功能障碍、以青壮年男性为高发人群的一类综合征，严重影响着男性的身心健康。ⅢA型（湿热挟瘀型）CP是本病中最为常见而临床疗效不甚理想的证型，本次研究采用前列消汤治疗本病，效果显著，具体报道如下。

1临床资料和方法

1.1临床资料

1.1.1病例来源本次研究经广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院医学伦理委员会审核通过，观察病例来自2012年6月至2014年1月期间，将就诊于广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院男性科门诊的80例ⅢA型（湿热挟瘀型） CP患者纳入研究对象。

1.1.2病例的选择指标以《中药新药临床研究指导原则》[1]中有关湿热挟瘀型CP的诊断标准制定。

1.1.2.1西医诊断标准①症状主要表现为2类：炎性反应或反射性疼痛、下尿路刺激。即不同程度的小便频急、明显的尿不尽感和疼痛感、晨起或小便终末可见尿道口流出白色分泌物少量、尿道内有灼热感、耻骨上区、会阴部、腰骶、下腹部、外生殖器区及肛门周围等部位出现疼痛及坠胀感；……
