【摘要】目的：探究与分析5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及对性生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院自2013年7月至2015年2月收治的240例尖锐湿疣患者，采取随机数字表法分为微波组、光动力组及联合组，每组各80例，对比三组患者的临床疗效、随访6个月的复发率及性生活质量。结果：微波组与光动力组的总有效率相比无明显差异（P>0.05），联合组较微波组及光动力组相比总有效率较高（均P<0.05）。微波组与光动力组的复发率相比无明显差异（P>0.05），联合组较微波组及光动力组相比复发率较低（均P<0.05）。微波组与光动力组性生活频率、性唤起时间、获得高潮时间、性生活满足感评分均无明显差异（P>0.05）。联合组较微波组与光动力组相比上述指标评分较高（均P<0.05）。结论：采用5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法联合尖锐湿疣的临床效果显著，复发率较低，可促进改善性生活质量，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objectives： To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect of 5 - amino ketones pentanoic acid - photodynamic therapy （5-ALA-PDT） in treating condyloma acuminatum （CA） and its impact on the quality of sex life. Methods： 240 CA patients in our hospital from July 2011 to February 2015 were treated， and divided into the microwave group， photodynamic group and joint group， 80 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy， recurrence rate in the 6-month follow up and quality of sexual life of the three groups was compared. Results： The total effective rate was not significantly different between microwave group and photodynamic group （P> 0.05）， but that of the joint group was much higher （both P<0.05）. Difference in the recurrence rate between microwave group and photodynamic group was not significant （P> 0.05）， while that of the joint group was much higher （both P<0.05）. Differences in the scores of sexual frequency， sexual arousal and orgasm time， sexual life satisfaction were not significant between the microwave group and photodynamic group （P> 0.05）， but those of the joint group were much higher （all P<0.05）. Conclusion： The 5 - amino ketones pentanoic acid - photodynamic therapy is effective in treating patients with CA， which is worth promoting in clinical with low recurrence rate and improvement in quality of sexual life.

尖锐湿疣（CA）作为一类因人类乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染所致的发病率较高的性传播疾病，对患者的日常生活及性生活质量均造成了不同程度的影响[1]。以往临床工作中所采用的治疗方法包括激光、电灼、冷冻等，虽可取得一定疗效，但复发率较高，无法达到治愈目的[2]。另外，采用传统的治疗方法多合并出现较多的弊端，包括损伤较大、感染率及复发率较高、伤口瘢痕形成等。目前，采取一种积极有效的治疗方法至关重要。5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法（5-ALA-PDT）作为一类新型的治疗方法，为一种非侵袭性、能够精确定位的新型组织消融疗法，相比于激光、电灼等传统方法，易受到治疗深度的影响，需多次治疗以达到消退皮损的目的[3]。现我院针对収治的240例尖锐湿疣患者采取随机数字表法分为微波组、光动力组及联合组，结果总结报告如下。1资……
