摘要：发动机厂商采用多项新技术以满足更为严格的排放法规，同时也对发动机油产品提出了更高的要求，文章主要阐述了API CI-4柴油机油的性能要求，并对研制的CI-4 15W-40柴油机油在国Ⅳ发动机300 h的应用进行了研究，结果表明，CI-4 15W-40柴油机油具有优异的烟炱分散性和抑制烟炱引起的发动机磨损能力、抗氧抗磨损性，可满足国Ⅳ发动机用油要求。

Abstract：All engine OEMs adopted various new technologies to meet increasingly severe emission regulations. This resulted in higher requirements for engine oil. This article was mainly focused on the performance requirements of the API CI-4 diesel engine oil. 300 hours applied research with CI-4 15W-40 diesel engine oil was carried out on China Ⅳ engine. The results indicated， CI-4 15W-40 diesel engine oil exhibits not only excellent soot dispersancy and ability to inhibit the engine wear and tear caused by soot， but also superior resistance to oxidation and abrasion， which can completely meet the requirements of the China Ⅳ engine.

环保、节能、延长换油期是推动油品规格发展进步的主要动力，随着排放法规的不断严格，仅依靠机内净化措施已不能满足日益严格的排放法规要求，发动机制造商采取各种新技术，例如氧化催化剂（DOC）、颗粒物过滤器（DPF）、选择性还原催化剂（SCR）、氮氧化合物捕集器（LNT）、尾气再循环（EGR）等技术，以使其发动机满足越来越严格的排放法规[1]。

我国排放标准采用欧洲经济委员会（ECE）汽车技术法规体系制定而成。随着我国对环保的不断重视，重负荷柴油机的排放不断严格，国Ⅳ排放标准已在北京、上海等少数城市实施，而全国实施国Ⅳ排放标准的时间由于柴油燃料硫含量不达标的原因再次被推迟，为达到国Ⅳ排放要求，国内一汽、二汽、潍柴、上柴等汽车制造厂以不同的技术路线开发出满足国Ⅳ排放标准的发动机，这些后处理技术的采用，对柴油机油提出了严峻的考验，需要更高规格的润滑油来满足发动机的润滑要求。……
