综合病例在牙周病学教学中的应用

目的：探讨综合病例在牙周病学教学中的应用效果。方法：将我校口腔医学专业2011级2个本科班随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组采用LBL＋PBL＋综合病例的教学模式，对照组采用LBL＋PBL的教学模式。学期末通过考试和问卷调查对2种教学模式进行评价。结果：实验组的理论基础成绩与对照组没有差别（P＞0.05），实验组的病例分析成绩和总成绩优于对照组；实验组学生对新的教学模式在促进理论知识的理解和掌握、提高理论知识的临床应用能力、培养临床思维能力等方面的作用给予了更高的评价（P＜0.05）。结论：综合病例的应用更有助于提高学生的临床综合能力，不同教学方法的结合能提高课堂效率。

Abstract：［Objective］To evaluate effect of comprehensive case analysis on Periodontological teaching.［Method］In 2011 grade，two classes of dental undergraduateswere divided into two groups.The control group’s instructionmethod was consisted of LBL＋PBL，while the experimentalgroup’s instructionmethod was involved LBL＋PBL＋comprehensive case analysis.At the end of the semester，identicalexams and questionnairewere given to both groups to evaluate two teachingmodels.［Result］Two groups showed no obvious difference in theory test scores.The experimental group outperformed the control group in case analysis assessment.The experimental group preferred the new teachingmodel on the aspect of promoting comprehension and grasp of the theoretical know ledge，improving clinical application ability，and developing clinical analytical abilities（P＜0. 05）.［Conclusion］Comprehensive case analysisenhanced the students’clinical comprehensive ability，and combination of diversified teachingmethods promoted higher teaching efficiency.

牙周病是我国居民最常见的口腔疾病，常引起牙龈出血、牙齿咬合无力、松动甚至脱落。随着生活条件不断改善，人们开始逐渐重视口腔健康状况，近年来牙周病就诊量呈现逐年大幅度增加的趋势，高素质的牙周病医生供不应求，这就对牙周病学教学提出了更高的要求。我教研室自2010年便开始尝试将以问题为中心的教学方法（Problem－Based Learning，PBL）结合传统教学方法（Lecture－Based Learning，LBL）用于牙周病学教学。在教学实践中，我们发现学生面对具体临床病例时，分析、决策和处理能力仍不甚成熟。……
