对医师多点执业的KAP调查

目的：通过调查山西省医师多点执业的情况及对医师多点执业的看法，分析影响多点执业发展的因素，为相关部门制定政策提供依据。方法：抽样调查山西省5个市51个医疗卫生机构的全部医师，共发放调查问卷3 800份，有效回收率为93.9%。结果：山西省从事多点执业的医师仅占1.4%，绝大多数医师（72.1%）认为“社会需要多点执业”，绝大多数医师（67.9%）赞成“多点执业由行政审批转入备案管理（或契约管理）”。结论：医师的多点执业是深化医改的重要措施之一，但是多点执业的落实困难重重，医师多点执业任重而道远。

［ABSTRACT］Objective：To investigate the situation and the attitude to multi-practices of the physicians in Shanxi Province in order to analyze the reasons for preventing the multi-practices of the physicians，and to provide the basis for the relevant departments to formulate policies.Methods：A sampling survey of five cities in Shanxi Province including 51 hospitals.3800 questionnaires for allphysicians were distributed and the effective rate was 93.9%.Results：Only 1.4% of the physicians in Shanxi Province engaged in multi-practices.The idea of most of the physicians（72.1%）who thought that multi-practices were needed by the society was administrative examination and approval into the filing management（or contractmanagement）.Conclusion：The multi-practices ofthe physicians is one ofthe mostimportantmeasurements of deepening the health care system reform.There are a lot of things to do as it is difficult to carry out.

医师多点执业是指符合条件的执业医师经卫生行政部门注册后，在两个或者三个医疗机构从事执业活动的行为［1］。医师多点执业被视为缓解群众看病难、推动医疗资源下沉的重要举措［2］。多点执业目前已经从部分地区和城市的试点推向了全国，到2015年底，全国共有将近45 000名医生注册了多点执业［3］。本次调查了山西省医师多点执业的情况以及对医师多点执业的态度，为相关部门制定政策提供依据。
