摘 要：文章以示范性高职院校省级品牌专业皮具设计专业为例，论述如何建设以“教学工作坊”为平台的专业实训体系。主要从六个方面进行具体分析，第一是高职皮具设计专业学生的培养目标；第二是目前皮具设计专业在职业技能培养方面存在的问题；第三是建设皮具设计专业实训体系的要求；第四是如何建设皮具设计专业实训体系；第五是如何运行皮具设计专业实训体系；第六是皮具设计专业实训体系运行的效果。

Building Professional Training System of Leather Goods Design Majors by the Platform of "Teaching Workshop"

Abstract ：As an example of the leather design majors which is characteristic major supported by the Central Finance of China in the first national demonstration college in this paper. It will discuss the platform of professional training system about “Teaching Workshop”. In concrete terms， it will be analyzed by six aspects ，the first is the development target of the students from the leather goods design majors in Higher Vocational College； the second is the problem currently exists in vocational skills training of leather goods design majors； the third is the requirements of building the training system of the leather goods design majors； the fourth is how to build training system of the leather goods design majors； the fifth is how to run the training system in the leather goods design majors； the sixth is efficiency of running the training system in the leather goods design majors.

一、高職皮具设计专业学生的培养目标

高职人才培养的目标既要以其高等性区别于中职，又要以其职业性区别于本科，因此我们给高职皮具设计专业的培养目标定为：适应鞋靴企业、箱包企业以及皮衣企业等领域，根据国际皮具市场趋势和国内皮具行业的发展要求，培养学生熟练掌握鞋靴、箱包及皮衣的设计能力，基本掌握鞋靴、箱包、皮衣的制作技能；提升学生的设计方案与产品生产的转换能力、产品设计与市场需求的结合能力、国内制作与国际项目的接轨能力，把学生培养成为具有良好的国际市场意识，懂工艺，会制作的高技能应用型人才。

对高职皮具设计学生的培养要求是：不仅会设计，还需懂材料；不仅会艺术，而且懂工艺；不仅有技能，而且会运用；不仅有个性，更有团队性；不仅出产品，更有市场性；……
