摘要：“专接本”是高等职业教育与本科自学考试有机衔接的新型人才培养模式。论文以淮安信息学院为例，在分析专接本学情与课程设置的基础上，从招生、管理制度、学生管理、课程教学与考试、实践教学和教学评估六个方面介绍专接本新型教育模式的探索实践，并对实践成效进行了介绍，以期为专接本健康、持续发展提供参考。

Abstract： "Specialized subject-to-undergraduate education" is the new personnel training mode for organically connecting the higher vocational education and undergraduate self-taught examination. This paper takes Huaian College of Information Technology as the example to analyze the learning and curriculum of specialized subject-to-undergraduate education. It introduces the exploration of new education pattern of specialized subject-to-undergraduate education from six aspects of admissions， management system， student management， course teaching and examination， practice teaching and teaching evaluation and introduces the practice results to provide reference for the healthy and sustainable development of specialized subject-to-undergraduate education.

0 引言

中国高等教育自学考试自1981年诞生以来，已在高等教育的发展中发挥了重要作用，并凭借国家考试权威赢得了国内外一致认可。为适应生源萎缩、社会与学生发展，江苏从2008年开始在高职院校中试行专接本教育，开创了独具特色的江苏自学考试新模式。“专接本”是省考委和省教育厅在普通高校中开展的全日制在籍专科生在基本完成专科阶段教育的基础上，接读自学考试本科教育的工作，简称“专接本”。它是高等职业教育与本科自学考试有机衔接的新型人才培养模式。淮安信息学院（简称“我院”）从2009年开始先后与南京邮电大学等7所院校合作开展专接本教育，共设本科专业10个，教育效果良好，赢得了学生、家长与企业的好评。专接本发展前景光明，但也面临着如何进一步提高教学质量、改善服务、促进专接本健康持续发展等诸多问题。为此，本文在分析专接本学情与课程体系的基础上，对教育模式的探索实践和成效进行介绍，以期为专接本可持续发展提供借鉴。……
