摘要：大学生的就业竞争力和领导力的培育是当前高校面临的一个亟需面对和要解决的重要问题，通过文献调查和实地调研，对资料和数据的整理分析发现，两者所包含的构成因素是高度吻合一致的，通过将两者进行二合一、又针对特定领域培育为高校的教育者提供一个思路，在文章的最后部分提出解决措施，从培育的内容——CVKS模型，即认知、价值观、知识和技能4个方面和培育的途径——CPI模型，即课程、实践和影响3个方面提供对策方案，从而使两者的培育目标产生最大的成效。

Abstract： the cultivation of college students' employment competitiveness and leadership is an important problem need to face to and solveby the university. Through literature survey and field investigation and the arrangement of information and data， it is found that the contain factors of the two are highly consistent. Through the combination of the two and the cultivation for specific field， the thought is provided for college educators. The solution measures are put forward in the end of the article. They are the content of the cultivation， CVKS model： cognition， values， knowledge and skills； the way of the cultivation， CPI model： course， practice and affect， so as to make the greatest effect by the cultivation objectives of the two.

1 背景和命题的提出

当前，高校扩招，高等院校大学毕业生的就业问题成为政府重视和社会關注的热门话题，各个高等院校在新时期的自主择业的就业政策下，实行双向选择，对高等院校毕业生而言，提高自身的就业竞争力是关键。

诸多教育家和有识之士在不同场合通过不同的形式都强调大学教育是未来领导人才的预备教育。所以现在的高等院校普遍针对某一学生群体通过多种形式进行领导力的教育和实践，以满足中国建设有特色社会主义的接班人和建设者的优质人才需求。

这两个命题都是高等教育院校所需要关注和重视，考虑解决的问题所必备的能力之一。我们在开展教育培养学生中，要整合资源系统化地进行培养，尽可能产生合力和最大化的高效成果。……
