摘要： 针对长期以来玉米脱粒过程中脱净率低、玉米易碎芯等问题，提出了一种新的玉米脱粒机装置。首先介绍了玉米脱粒机的总体结构，它是由入料部分、脱粒部分、筛选部分和机架等组成，并论述了其工作原理，然后对同步带、钉齿条和栅格式凹板等主要零部件进行结构设计与计算。新式玉米脱粒机的应用结果初步验证了其实用性和高效性。

Abstract： According to the problem of lower threshing rate， corn fragile core in corn threshing for a long time， a new corn threshing machine device is proposed. First， the overall structure of the corn threshing machine is introduced， which is composed of the feed section， threshing， screening part and frame， and its working principle is discussed. Then the synchronous belt， tooth nail and grid concave board， and other major parts of structure are designed and calculated. The application of the new maize thresher has preliminarily verified its practicality and efficiency.

0 引言

随着科学技术的发展，农业机械化需求越来越高。众所周知，玉米脱粒机就是玉米的粒芯分离装置，是市场上广泛应用的机械，一些小型手动的玉米脱粒机虽然体积小，但其工作效率低，同时劳动强度高，并且脱粒不干净，需要进行二次脱粒。因此设计一种自动玉米脱粒装置，其效率高、动力强、上料均匀、粒芯分离彻底，同时可以提高劳动生产率，降低劳动强度，保障操作安全便捷。

1 玉米脱粒机总体结构及工作原理

1.1 总体结构 玉米脱粒机是玉米在剥皮后，经过一段时间的风干，然后使玉米粒和玉米芯分开的一种装置。设计的玉米脱粒机主要由入料、脱粒、筛选和机架等部分组成。总体结构如图1所示。

整个装置由以下五部分组成。

①入料。入料口是由1cm左右厚度的铁板制成，在脱粒机的上盖顶部，主要用于将脱皮后的玉米送入脱粒机。玉米通过入料口滑入脱粒部分进行下一步工作——脱粒。②脱粒。钉齿滚筒上安装有钉齿，在脱粒过程中，钉齿随着钉齿滚筒一起高速旋转，栅格式凹板固定不动，玉米则在其相对运动下由于钉齿的作用实现脱粒。……
