摘要全校性翻译公选课是“三加一教学模式”的一个组成部分。青岛农业大学在第四学期开设64学时的翻译限选课之前，预先开设了24学时的全校性翻译公选课。全校性翻译公选课注重实用性，寓教于乐，在全校性翻译公选课教学中却发现学生基础参差不齐，考核方式过于严格。笔者以全校性翻译公选课为研究对象，旨在通过研究加强对于“三加一教学模式”的细致研究，针对相关问题提出改进措施，如注重汉语水平的提高和汉英语言的对比，关注解构主义翻译观，不使用多媒体等，以提高学生的英语水平。

Study on Teaching of Public Elective Course of Translation under the “Three plus One” Teaching Mode—A Case Study of Qingdao Agricultural University

AbstractThe public elective course is one part of “three plus one” teaching mode. 24hour public elective course of translation has been established before the 64hour distributional electives of translation in 4th semester. Public elective course of translation lays emphasis on practicability， edutainment. It was found that students basis is uneven in the teaching of public elective course， evaluation mode is overstrict previously. With public elective course of translation as research object， “three plus one” teaching mode was studied in detail. Aiming at relevant problems， corresponding measures were proposed， such as paying attention to improvement of Chinese language proficiency and comparison between Chinese and English， focusing on Deconstruction Translation Theory， without using multimedia， so as to improve students substantial level of English.

为积极开展“三加一教学模式”，以提高学生的英语翻译水平，青岛农业大学在开设64学时的翻译限选课之前，预先开设了24学时的全校性翻译公选课。全校性的翻译公选课虽能做到寓教于乐，但同时也存在着一定的不足之处，如学生基础参差不齐，对解构主义翻译观了解不多，考核方式过于严格等。教学、科研和服务社会是高校教师的三大任务之一。学校授课教师在课余时间为海信等知名企事业单位翻译和校译过大量标书、文件等，有几百万字以上的相关翻译、校譯经验，以校译居多，取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

笔者以“三加一教学模式”为切入点，以全校性公选课为研究对象，同时以授课教师在翻译书籍、参加竞赛等方面的优异成绩及丰富经验为助力，旨在加强研究，并针对相关问题提出改进措施，以实现教学相长，提高学生的英语水平。……
