高频经颅磁刺激背外侧前额叶联合康复训练对孤独症谱系障碍儿童的治疗作用

目的探索高频经颅磁刺激联合康复训练对孤独症谱系障碍患儿的治疗作用。方法选取2015年1～11月徐州市儿童医院康复科孤独症谱系障碍患儿（右利手）48例，采用随机数字表法分成治疗组（25例）和对照组（23例）。所有受试者均采用传统的康复训练模式作为背景治疗，治疗组在传统康复训练模式的基础上加入高频重复经颅磁模式刺激左侧背外侧前额叶区。分别于治疗前及治疗4个月后采用孤独症行为量表（ABC）、儿童孤独症评定量表（CARS）及0～6岁小儿神经心理发育量表（DQ）对两组患而进行测评。结果4个月治疗后，治疗组患儿CARS总分［（30.96±5.94）分］、ABC总分［（89.64±15.54）分］、DQ值评分［（65.80±9.94）分］与对照组［（36.17± 7.52）、（100.04±12.75）、（59.65±10.18）分］比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高频经颅磁刺激背外侧前额叶联合康复训练对孤独症谱系障碍患儿的社会交往和刻板行为的改善有一定的效果。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with the therapeutical of rehabilitation training for children with autism spectrum disorders.Methods Forty-eight children with autism spectrum disorders（dextromanuality）from January to November 2015 in Department of Rehabilitation，Children′s Hospital of Xuzhou were selected，they were divided into the treatment group（25 cases）and control group（23 cases）according to the random number table method.The control group was given traditional rehabilitation treatment mode，the treatment group was given the high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the left side of dorsolateral prefrontal cortex（DLPFC）in addition.The scores of autism behavior checklist（ABC），childhood autism rating scale（CARS）and children neuropsychological development scale of two groups were investigated before and after 4 months of treatment.Results After 4 months of treatment，scores of CARS［（30.96±5.94）points］，ABC［（89.64±15.54）points］，DQ value［（65.80±9.94）points］of the treatment group compared with the control group［（36.17± 7.52），（100.04±12.75），（59.65±10.18）points］，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion High frequency model of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the left side of dorsolateral prefrontal cortex joint rehabilitation training has effects in improving social interaction and stereotyped behavior of children with autism spectrum disorders.
