摘要：《内经》中记载的月相在指导养生保健方面起着重要的作用，月亮相位朔、弦、望、晦周期的循环变化影响着人们的生理病理，进一步可以指导临床疾病的防治。同时，治未病是当今世界医学发展研究的前沿方向。本文通过研究《内经》对月相的认识、月相在养生保健方面的应用和指导疾病的治疗，以管窥月相变化在当今养生保健中的应用前景。

Discussion on Application Prospect of the Phase of the Moon and the Changes in Nei Jing in the Aspect of Health Preserving

Abstract： The phase of the moon recorded in Nei Jing plays an important role in guiding health preserving. The cyclic change of phase positions of new moon， crescent， full moon and dark moon affects humans physiology and pathology， which can further guides the prevention and treatment of clinical diseases. Meanwhile， preventive treatment of diseases is the leading direction of the development of modern medical science. This article studied the understanding of phase of the moon and application of phase of the moon in health preserving and its guidance for disease treatment， with a purpose to have a restricted view on the application prospect of phase of the moon in current health preserving.

月相是指月亮在星空中移动时形状不断变化所发生的月亮位相变化。月亮的阴晴圆缺变化，时刻影响着人体机能。人体与自然界的周期变化存在着内在实质联系。早在2000多年前，古人就依据已有的哲理，认识到月相变化与人体养生保健具有重要

关系。如《内经》中云：“人与天地相参也，与日月相应也。”人生活于大自然中，与世界万物皆有联系。近年来随着人们生活质量的不断改善，以及对摄生保健的推崇，探索防范疾病发于未来的方式逐渐增多。于是，古老的月相学说逐渐被重新重视起来。本文通过研究中医学中月相理论的精髓，把握其发展脉络，整理出一套适用于现代的养生理论及有实用价值的养生应用规律，在联系当代养生方式的同时传承并发展月相中的养生思维。坚信在不久的将来，以积极预防疾病为理念、以增进健康为主题的月相养生理论将在人们的生活中发挥更大的作用。
