[摘要] 目的 探讨重组人表皮生长因子凝胶用于激光祛斑去痣术后创面修复的临床价值。 方法 选取2014年1月～2015年6月在北京军区总医院行激光祛斑去痣术的患者130例，随机分成两组：对照组65例，仅给予红霉素软膏涂抹于创面，每日3次；观察组65例，早上、中午均涂抹红霉素软膏，晚间常规清创后涂抹重组人表皮生长因子凝胶。比较两组的创面修复效果、创面愈合时间、创面修复治疗时间以及术后并发症严重程度。 结果 观察组总有效率（92.31%）显著高于对照组（80.00%），差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；觀察组创面愈合时间、创面修复治疗时间均显著短于对照组[（7.56±3.20）、（10.50±2.83）比（10.21±2.45）、（13.02±3.15）d]，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；观察组红斑、灼烧疼痛、水肿和渗出的术后并发症评分均显著低于对照组[（1.81±0.35）、（1.27±0.61）、（1.62±0.73）、（1.10±0.35）比（2.74±0.60）、（2.30±0.48）、（2.50±0.51）、（1.81±0.50）分]，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 重组人表皮生长因子凝胶能减轻激光祛斑去痣术后并发症，有效促进创面修复及组织再生能力，提高创面愈合质量。

Effect observation of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel for wound repair after freckle & mole laser surgery

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor （rhEGF） Gel for wound repair after freckle & mole laser surgery. Methods 130 cases of patients admitted to General Hospital of Beijing Military Command from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. In the control group， 65 cases patients were treated with Erythromycin Ointment， 3 times a day； 65 cases patients in the observation group were treated with Erythromycin Ointment in the morning and noon， and the rhEGF Gel was applied after the routine debridement in the evening. The effect of wound healing， time of wound healing， time of therapy， and severity of postoperative complications in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total efficiency rate in the observation group （92.31%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （80.00%）， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. The wound healing time and its therapy time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group [（7.56±3.20）， （10.50±2.83） vs （10.21±2.45）， （13.02±3.15） d]， with statistically significant differences （P < 0.05）. The postoperative complication scores of erythema， burning pain， edema and exudation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group [（1.81±0.35）， （1.27±0.61）， （1.62±0.73）， （1.10±0.35） vs （2.74±0.60）， （2.30±0.48）， （2.50±0.51）， （1.81±0.50） scores]， the differences were statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion The rhEGF Gel can relieve the postoperative complications of freckle & mole laser surgery， promote wound healing and tissue regeneration ability， improve the quality of wound healing.

激光美容是一种以激光照射的方式进行除皱、磨皮换肤或治疗痤疮、色素痣、雀斑、老人斑等的新兴美容技术，其在美容界的运用越来越广泛。然而，激光的热损伤作用以及激光术后创面皮肤黏膜的缺损都直接影响创面修复愈合[1]。若术后不积极处理创面，创面修复较慢[2]，局部带痂时间延长，脱痂后还可能出现凹陷性瘢痕，甚至在创面愈合过程中引起红斑、灼烧疼痛、水肿或渗出等术后并发症。因此，为了提高创面修复愈合质量，激光祛斑去痣术后有必要采取科学的护肤措施。目前，临床上通常配用红霉素软膏治疗激光热损伤创面，其预防创面局部感染的效果尚好。但是，红霉素软膏在促进创面修复及组织再生能力方面明显不足，难以有效提高创面愈合质量。……
