厦门港腹地拓展对策

针对厦门港区位优势与其发展不匹配的现状，分析厦门港经济腹地的发展情况，比较厦门港与上海港、深圳港及福州港等周边港口竞争环境的差异，探索厦门港腹地拓展存在的问题。在此基础上，提出融入“新丝绸之路经济带”建设、不断完善集疏运网络、加快推进内陆腹地“陆地港”建设、切实推进海铁联运业务发展和开展供应链一体化服务等对策。

Abstract: The development of hinterland of Xiamen port is analyzed, and the competitive environment of Xiamen port to Shanghai port, Shenzhen port, and Fuzhou port is compared. It finds the problems of the expansion of hinterland of Xiamen port. Then it proposes the development strategies: to join the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt, to improve the construction of collection and distribution network, to speed up the construction of dry ports, to develop the sea-rail combined transportation, and to promote the supply chain integration service.

厦门港的货物主要来源于福建省内、粤东、浙南和赣东南等地区。随着福州港及泉州港的港口资源和腹地资源逐渐整合，未来厦门港将面临抢占腹地货源的挑战。从邻近的区域看，厦门港面临着东南沿海周边港口群的强劲竞争。与上海港、宁波-舟山港、深圳港及广州港等周边大港相比，厦门港仍存在一定的差距。因此，如何拓展港口腹地是当前厦门港亟需着力解决的重大课题。

1 厦门港腹地发展情况

1.1厦门市经济运行情况

近年来，厦门市充分发挥前沿平台、先行先试和龙头示范作用，不断扩大对外开放等，国民经济稳步增长。2014年厦门市主要经济指标见表1。
