机电安装工程施工成本管理信息化探讨

机电安装工程作为一种专业内容多、系统复杂的项目活动，它的成本空间和利润空间比较大。在科学技术大范围普及的背景下，机电安装工程实行计算机技术的自动化管理模式，由于机电安装工程具有一定的特殊性，在其施工成本管理过程中，采用信息化的管理方式具有时代发展的内在必然性，也具有重要现实意义。论文对当前机电安装工程中的信息化施工成本管理进行了分析研究。

1　引言

机电安装工程与土建工程成本管理的区别在于机电工程体量相对较小，材料种类繁多，工艺流程复杂，对工人的技术水平要求高，因而造成工程成本管理复杂，加上项目管理人员良莠不齐，管理能力及道德水平均有较大差异，从而容易造成失控的局面。

2　信息化施工成本管理的重要性

2.1可以提高施工成本管理的效率

我国的科学技术在新时期取得了显著进步，并在各行各领域都有很好的应用体现。在机电安装工程中，应用计算机和信息化技术的管理方式，可以实现施工成本管理的信息化和精细化，对成本项目中的各个要素都有据可查，并实现流程的自动化、管理的高效性、规则一致性、强制性等。这对于提高机电安装工程成本管理有效性也具有重要作用，有利于形成企业内部成本数据库，提高决策的科学性及规避风险。……
