关于痔疮患者围手术期的疼痛护理方法探讨

目的 探讨痔疮患者在围手术期疼痛护理后护理的效果。方法 方便选取2014年5月—2015年3月该院收治的60例痔疮患者单双编号分组，对照组采用常规护理方案，观察组在对照组的基础上，采用舒适护理方案。结果 观察组手术后7 h为（6.01±1.38）分、住院时间为（5.28±1.96）d、护理满意度为95.00%、遵医率为90.00%；对照组手术后7 h为（8.45±1.97）分、住院时间为（8.17±2.36）d、护理满意度为55.00%、遵医率为60.00%，观察组住院时间、护理满意度以及遵医率与对照组痔疮患者相比差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05，观察组的疼痛评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 通过舒适护理后，对痔疮患者的病情起到显著的改善效果，无不良反应，能有效改善患者疼痛评分。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing care of patients with hemorrhoids.Methods Convenient selection the date of 60 patients were treated in March 2015 and May 2014,and the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with comfortable nursing.Results Observation group after surgery,7 is（6.01±1.38）,length of hospital stay（5.28±1.96）d,nursing satisfaction 95.00%,compliance rate was 90.00%；operation control group after 7 is（8.45±1.97）,hospitalization time（8.17±2.36）d,nursing satisfaction 55.00%,compliance rate of 60.00%,observation group hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction and compliance rate compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant,P＜0.05,observation group the pain score is better than that of control group（P ＜0.05）.Conclusion After comfort care,the patient's condition has improved significantly,no adverse reactions,and effectively improve the patient's pain score.

痔疮是一种常见的临床病症，该病通常由于患者的肛管静脉团曲张与直肠末端黏膜而形成的［1］，目前，治疗痔疮患者的主要方式通常为手术治疗，然而手术治疗会为患者带来创口感染的情况，从而导致患者伴有疼痛、出血、感染等并发症，并使得患者出现抵触治疗的情况发生，最终导致治疗的效果无法达到预期的标准，据研究表明，采用舒适护理方案能够对痔疮患者起到显著的效果［2］。因此，为研究舒适护理在痔疮患者围手术期的护理效果，该院方便选取2014年5月—2015年3月期间收治的60例痔疮患者作为研究对象，以下是调查的过程及结果，现报道如下。……
