Abstract:［Objective］To establish the HSCCC method for separating the gentianine from the alkaline ethanol extracts of gentiana.［Methods］Separation and purification of gentianine by TBE300B HSCCC technology，through the optimization of the solvent system，with n-hexane∶ethyl acetate∶methanol∶water（5∶5∶4∶6）as the solvent system，the upper as stationary phase and the next phase as mobile phase，the rotational speed of the instrument was 850 r/min，the flow rate was 1.5 mL/min，the temperature was 25℃，the detection wavelength was 280 nm.［Results］The gentianine was obtained from the gentian alkaline ethanol extracts by D151 cation exchange resin combining with HSCCC，the content was above 98.8%.［Conclusion］The method is stable and has high results，it could be used to separate gentianine efficiently from alkaline ethanol extract of gentiana.

神阙散治疗痛风性关节炎的药效学研究*

［目的］探讨神阙散对模型大鼠痛风性关节炎的治疗效果。［方法］分别建立大鼠高尿酸血症和痛风性关节炎模型，全自动生化分析测定大鼠的尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮，探讨神阙散对高尿酸血症的治疗作用；测定肿胀指数变化，同时取各组大鼠的骨组织进行石蜡包埋、苏木精-伊红（HE）染色进行病理学分析，评价神阙散对痛风性关节炎的治疗效果。［结果］两组实验组模型和对照均具有统计学差异，说明造模成功。对高尿酸血症，各给药组和模型对照组相比尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮均具有统计学意义，而神阙散中、高剂量组差异较为显著。对痛风性关节炎，神阙散高剂量组在用药后2 h即开始对痛风性关节炎产生药理作用，对模型大鼠关节炎肿胀指数具有显著降低作用，在用药后4～8 h治疗效果更加显著，其治疗效果与痛风定和秋水仙碱相当。病理结果显示，神阙散低、中、高剂量组均能改善模型大鼠痛风性关节炎的病理结果，且低、中、高剂量组呈现明显的量效关系。中剂量组与痛风定和秋水仙碱疗效相当，高剂量组改善作用优于痛风定和秋水仙碱。［结论］神阙散治疗痛风性关节炎疗效确切。
