层级管理跌倒专科小组对眼科病房安全隐患的防控作用

目的探讨利用层级管理的跌倒专科小组在眼科病房安全管理中的应用。方法回顾性分析并选取2014年7月～2015年6月在本科住院的眼科跌倒高危患者471例为本次研究对象，按入院时间分为两组，2014年入院患者为对照组（230例），2015年入院患者为观察组（241例）。对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组成立层级管理的跌倒专科小组，通过各类知识培训，跌倒专科小组的检查，实施护理安全管理。比较两组患者的跌倒发生率、患者满意度、护士满意度、护理质控检查得分。结果观察组患者的跌倒发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；而观察组患者的满意度（除服务态度、环境安全外）及护士满意度（除相互协作性）显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的护理质控检查得分达（97.47±0.68）分，显著高于对照组的（94.07±0.96）分，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用层级管理的跌倒专科小组模式能细化护理安全管理，强化护士安全意识，提高患者满意度，具有可行性。

［Abstract］Objective To exp1ore the app1ication of fa11ing specia1 team with stratified management in the safety management of ophtha1mo1ogy ward.Methods 471 patients with high risk of fa11ing who were hospita1ized in the Department of Ophtha1mo1ogy from Ju1y 2014 to June 2015 were retrospective1y ana1yzed and se1ected as the research subjects.They were assigned to two groups according to their admission time.The patients admitted in 2014 were assigned to the contro1 group（230 patients），and the patients admitted in 2015 were assigned to the observation group（241 patients）.The contro1 group was given regu1ar nursing method，and the observation group was provided with fa11ing specia1 team with stratified management.Nursing safety management was imp1emented through training of various know1edge and inspection of fa11ing specia1 team.Fa11ing incidence rate，patients′satisfaction rate，nursing satisfaction rate and score of nursing qua1ity contro1 inspection were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Incidence rate of fa11ing in the observation group was significant1y 1ower than that in the contro1 group（P＜0.05）；the satisfaction rate of patients（in addition to the service attitude and the environment security）and satisfaction rate of nurses（in addition to the in teroperabi1ity）in the observation group were significant1y higher than those in the contro1 group（P＜0.05）；the score of nursing qua1ity contro1 inspection in the observation group was（97.47±0.68）scores，significant1y higher than that of（94.07±0.96）scores in the contro1 group，and the difference was statistica11y significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The app1ication of the fa11ing specia1 team with stratified management is ab1e to refine the nursing safety management，strengthen the nursing safety awareness and improve patients′satisfaction rate，which is of feasibi1ity.
