中药足浴联合穴位注射干预糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效评价

目的探讨中药足浴联合穴位注射干预糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选择2013年5月～2015年6月在我院住院治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者95例，采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组48例及对照组47例。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后右胫神经及左胫神经的MCV、SCV与中医证候积分情况。结果观察组的总有效率为93.75%，显著高于对照组的85.11%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后右胫神经及左胫神经的MCV、SCV与治疗前比较明显升高（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的右胫神经及左胫神经的MCV、SCV明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后证候积分与治疗前比较均显著下降（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的证候积分明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论糖尿病周围神经病变采用中药足浴联合穴位注射干预方法，可缓解其临床症状，使得胫神经传导速度明显提高，值得临床推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To eva1uate the c1inica1 curative effect of foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection intervention in treatment of diabetic periphera1 neuropathy.Methods From May 2013 to June 2015，a tota1 of 95 cases of diabetic periphera1 neuropathy in our hospita1 were se1ected and random1y divided into observation group with 48 cases and the contro1 group with 47 cases.The c1inica1 efficacy of the two groups were observed and the MCV，SCV and TCM syndrome score of right anterior tibia1 nerve and 1eft tibia1 nerve were observed before and after treatment.Results The tota1 effective rate of observation group was 93.75%，which was significant1y higher than 85.11%of contro1 group，the difference was significant（P＜0.05）.After the treatment，the right tibia1 nerve and 1eft tibia1 nerve MCV，SCV in the two groups were a11 significant1y increased compared with before treatment（P＜0.05）；the right tibia1 nerve and 1eft tibia1 nerve MCV，SCV of the observation group after treatment was significant1y higher than that of the contro1 group（P＜0.05）.After treatment the symptom score in the two groups a11 had decreased significant1y compared with before treatment；and the symptom score in the observation group after treatment was significant1y 1ower than that of the contro1 group，with statistica1 significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Diabetic periphera1 neuropathy by foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection intervention can a11eviate the c1inica1 symptoms，the tibia1 nerve conduction ve1ocity increase，it is worth of c1inica1 app1ication.
