中西医结合治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的多中心随机双盲对照临床研究

目的比较分析中医及中西医结合治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的临床效果差异。方法选择我院住院部2015年8月～2016年1月间收治的老年单纯收缩性高血压患者80例作为观察对象，按照入院编号奇偶性方法进行分组，分别将40例患者纳入对照组、观察组中。对照组患者用中医方案治疗，观察组患者用中西医结合方案治疗。观察血压变化以及用药期间安全性及两组患者经不同用药方案治疗后在临床效果方面的差异。结果治疗后，观察组SBP为（141.2±5.6）mmHg，显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），DBP为（78.5±2.5）mmHg，与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组患者用药期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的效果确切，可短期内降低患者SBP水平，且用药期间不良反应轻微，兼具安全性价值，值得临床推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To compare and ana1yze the c1inica1 effects of traditiona1 Chinese medicine（TCM）and integrated traditiona1 Chinese medicine and western medicine（TCM-WM）in treatment of iso1ated systo1ic hypertension（ISH）in e1der1y patients.Methods 80 e1der1y patients with ISH treated in our hospita1 from August 2015 to January 2016 were se1ected and divided based on odd or even admission number into contro1 group and observation group，each with 40 cases.Patients in the contro1 group were treated by TCM，whi1e patients in the observation group were treated by integrated TCM-WM.The changes of b1ood pressure and safety during treatment were observed to compare the c1inica1 effects of the two therapies.Results After treatment，the detected va1ue of SBP was（141.2±5.6）mmHg in the observation group，which was significant1y 1ower than that in the contro1 group（P＜0.05），and the detected va1ue of DBP was（78.5± 2.5）mmHg，showing no significant difference with that in the contro1 group（P＞0.05）.There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Integrated TCM-WM therapy has confirmed effect on ISH in e1der1y patients，and can reduce the SBP of patients in a short period with 1ow incidence of adverse reactions and favorab1e safety，thus is worthy to be promoted.
