DC-CIK用于恶性肿瘤中的效果及对放射性肠炎的预防作用观察

目的在宫颈癌、卵巢癌、直肠癌以及膀胱癌等恶性肿瘤患者中采用DC-CIK疗法联合放射治疗，探讨其临床疗效以及应用安全性。 方法随机从我院选取2013年1月1日～2016年1月1日期间收治入院的72例宫颈癌、卵巢癌、直肠癌以及膀胱癌等恶性肿瘤患者作为本次研究的纳入对象，采用随机数字表的分组方法将入选患者平均分为观察组及对照组。观察组患者采用DC-CIK疗法联合放疗进行治疗，对照组患者则单纯进行放疗治疗，对比分析两组患者治疗效果及治疗安全性。结果观察组患者临床缓解率（61.11%）、临床控制率（72.22%）、治疗后T细胞亚群变化（60.43±5.26）、（37.28±6.46）、（24.03±2.06）、放射性肠炎发生率（5.56%）以及其他不良反应发生率（5.56%、5.56%、11.11%）均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在宫颈癌、卵巢癌、直肠癌以及膀胱癌等恶性肿瘤患者中采用DC-CIK疗法联合放射治疗可有效提升患者治疗疗效，降低放射性肠炎发生率，安全性高，应用效果显著，值得推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of DC-CIK combined with radiotherapy in patients with ma1ignant tumors inc1uding cervica1 cancer，ovarian cancer，recta1 cancer，and b1adder cancer.Methods 72 patients with ma-1ignant tumors inc1uding cervica1 cancer，ovarian cancer，recta1 cancer，and b1adder cancer treated in our hospita1 from January 1st 2013 to January 1st 2016 were random1y se1ected and equa11y divided into observation group and contro1 group.Patients in the observation group were given DC-CIK combined with radiotherapy，whi1e patients in the contro1 group were simp1y given radiotherapy.The treatment effect and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment resu1ts of patients in the observation group，inc1uding c1inica1 remission rate（61.11%），c1inica1 contro1 rate（72.22%），changes of T-ce11 subsets after treatment（60.43±5.26，37.28±6.46，and 24.03±2.06），incidence of radiation enteritis（5.56%），and incidence rates of other adverse reactions（5.56%，5.56%，and 11.11%）were significant1y superior to those in the contro1 group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion DC-CIK combined with radiotherapy can effective1y improve the treatment effect in patients with ma1ignant tumors inc1uding cervica1 cancer，ovarian cancer，recta1 cancer，and b1adder cancer，and reduce the incidence of radiation enteritis，with high safety and significant efficacy，thus is worthy to be promoted.
