复方消化酶治疗消化不良的疗效及安全性分析

目的探讨复方消化酶在治疗消化不良中的安全性及不良反应。 方法将在本院住院的42例消化不良临床患者作为研究对象，患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各21例，其中对照组每次服用3片多酶，每天服用3次，总疗程为3周，观察组服用复方消化酶，（1～2）片/次，每天3次，总疗程为2周。对比两组在治疗前后的症状缓解情况及安全性。结果 观察组在治疗前后的症状缓解程度明显优于对照组，两组的治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组在治疗前后都未出现明显的不良反应。结论复方消化酶针对消化不良具有良好的治疗效果，且治疗的安全性较高，具有重要的临床推广价值。

［Abstract］Objective To study the safety of compound digestive enzymes in the treatment of indigestion and adverse reaction.Methods In our hospita1 42 dyspepsia c1inica1 patients with imp1ementation were random1y divided into two groups，the observation group and the contro1 group，each of 21 cases，the contro1 group each taking 3 mu1ti enzyme dai1y three times，the tota1 course of treatment for three weeks，the observation group were treated with compound digestive enzyme，1 or 2 tab1ets/time，three times a day，tota1 course of treatment for two weeks.The observation group and the contro1 group re1ief and safety in the treatment of symptoms were compared.Results In the observation group，symptoms before and after treatment in remission was significant1y better than the contro1 group and the therapeutic effect of the two groups exist difference with statistica1 significance（P＜0.05）；two groups before and after treatment had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion The compound digestive enzyme has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of dyspepsia，with higher safety，and has important c1inica1 va1ue.

消化不良的主要表现为：上腹部存在疼痛感，且餐后上腹存在饱腹和胀痛感，同时伴有食欲不振、嗳气、恶心呕吐等症状。造成这一现象的主要原因是胃肠、胰腺、肝胆等内脏器官出现了不良病变。在临床常见的消化不良情况中，主要是由于消化酶的分泌功能失常或是功能下降造成的，消化不良的病因极为复杂，主要有慢性萎缩性胃炎、肝硬化和肝功能减退、胆结石、慢性胰腺炎、老年消化功能减退和化疗副作用等。经相关调查研究显示：我国的南部某城镇的消化不良反应发生率为18.9%，且消化不良为主的患者在普通内科患者门诊中所占比例为11.05%，是消化内科门诊总人数的52.9%。……
