护理安全管理存在的问题与应对策略探讨

目的探讨医院在实施护理安全管理过程中存在的系列问题，并且研究有效策略加以解决。方法选择该院2014年2月—2016年2月表现出护理缺陷患者94例作为此次实验的研究对象。结果因为护理人员服务观念导致出现不安全事件的患者26例（27.66%）；因为在护患沟通过程中出现不安全事件的患者22例（23.40%），因为工作任务因素导致出现不安全事件的患者16例（17.02%）；因为组织管理因素导致出现不安全事件的患者10例（10.64%）；因为患者以及患者家属个人原因导致出现不安全事件的患者6例（6.38%），因为其他因素导致出现不安全事件的患者14例（14.89%）。结论该院在实施护理安全管理的过程中，诸多因素会导致出现不安全事件的情况，其中护理人员在服务观念方面具有问题，在同患者护患沟通方面存在问题、在工作任务方面的相关因素、在组织管理方面的相关因素以及患者与患者家属个人因素等均会导致出现不安全事件的情况，将患者出现护理差错事件的概率降低，最终将医院护理质量显著提高。

［Abstract］Objective To study the series of existing problems in the course of nursing safety management in the hospital and research the effective strategies to solve them.Methods 94 cases of patients with nursing defects from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects.Results Unsafe events occurred to 26 cases（27.66%）due to the service concepts of nursing staff；unsafe events occurred to 22 cases（23.40%）in the course of nurse-patient communication，unsafe events occurred to 16 cases（17.02%）due to the job task factor，unsafe events occurred to 10 cases（10.64%）due to the organizational management factor，unsafe events occurred to 6 cases（6.38%）due to the patient or the patient' s family，and unsafe events occurred to 14 cases（14.89%）due to other factors.Conclusion In the course of implementing nursing safety management in our hospital，many factors can lead to the occurrence of unsafe events，and the factors including the service concepts of nursing staff，nursing-patient communication，job task，organizational management and patient or the patient's family all can lead to the occurrence of unsafe events，and we should reduce the occurrence probability of nursing error events of patients and obviously improve the nursing quality of hospital finally.
