SWOT分析法对提高泌尿外科护理管理质量的影响研究

目的分析SWOT分析法对提高泌尿外科护理管理质量的影响。方法选取该院在2015年3月—2016年3月泌尿外科的全体护士和部分患者作为研究对象，将其设立为观察组，将SWOT分析法应用到泌尿外科护理管理当中，选取2014年3月—2015年3月该院泌尿外科的全体护患进行对照，为所有患者采用常规的外科护理干预模式进行干预指导，对两组研究对象的护理质量进行观察比较。结果对两组的病区管理得分、护理人员业务水平得分、护理人员能力沟通得分、护理人员自我认同得分、患者满意度得分进行比较，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论临床上泌尿外科，将SWOT分析法应用到其中，可以有效地促进泌尿外科系统的护理管理工作，提升护理人员自身的素质，有效地促进对患者的护理工作，提升患者的满意度，促进护理质量的提升，具有临床推广使用的价值。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the effect of SWOT analysis method on improving nursing management quality in the department of urinary surgery.Methods All nurses and some patients in the department of urinary surgery of our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects and selected as the observation group，and the SWOT analysis method was applied in the nursing management in the department of urinary surgery，all nurses and patients in the department of urinary surgery of our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the control group，and they all adopted conventional surgical nursing intervention model for interventional guidance，and the nursing quality of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The differences in the ward management score，business level score of nursing staff，communication ability score of nursing staff，self-identify score of nursing staff and satisfactory degree of patients between the two groups were obvious with statistical significance by comparison（P＜0.05）.Conclusion SWOT analysis method applied in the department of urinary surgery in clinic can effectively promote the nursing management work of urinary surgery system，improve the quality of nursing staff，effectively promote the nursing work of patients，improve the satisfactory degree of patients and promote the improvement of nursing quality，which is worth clinical promotion and application.
