血液标本采集对生化检验结果的影响差异分析

目的 探究在生化检验中血液标本的采集对其检查结果的影响。方法 本研究选取2015年1～9月我院收集的2 000份血液标本作为研究对象，分别探究送检时间的不同、标本溶血情况对生化检验结果的影响，对比分析规范采集的标本与不规范采集的标本之间的差异。结果 本研究结果显示，不同的送检时间以及标本溶血情况对患者生化检验的最终结果具有影响，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 在生化检验过程中，对受检患者的血液标本进行规范采集是保证患者检查结果准确的重要前提，应严格按照标准采集流程对患者的血液样本进行采集以及送检。

【Abstract】

Objective To explore effect of blood sample collection of the results of the biochemical examination. Methods Selected 2 000 blood samples form January to September 2015 as research object. Analysis of the effect of the submission time，the Specimen hemolysis on biochemical test results. Results The results of this study showed that submission time and hemolysis have a great Influence on the results of biochemical tests，P＜0.05，the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the process of biochemical test，the standard collection of blood samples of the patients is an important prerequisite to ensure the accuracy of the patient's examination results. The Blood samples should be collected in strict accordance with the standard collection procedures.

1　资料和方法

1.1临床资料

本研究选取2015年1月～9月我院收集的2 000份份血液标本作为研究对象，探究在生化检验中血液标本的采集对其检查结果的影响。

1.2方法

本研究采用日立7600全自动生化分析仪器对所有血样进行检测，分别探究送检时间的不同、标本溶血情况对生化检验结果的影响，并对比分析规范采集的标本与不规范采集的标本之间的差异。

1.3统计学处理

所有数据均采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析，计量资料应用（均数±标准差）（±s）表示，计量资料组间比较采用独立样本t检验，P＜0.05为差异有统计学意义。

2　结果

2.1血液标本送检时间不同对生化检验结果的影响

在本研究选取的2015年1～9月我院收集的2 000份血液标本中，有38份血液标本的送检时间晚于采集后的1 h，将此38份血液标本的生化检验结果与随机从2 000份血液标本中选取的另38份常规正常送检的血液标本生化检验结果进行对比分析。……
