西替利嗪联合复方利血平西咪替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

目的 评价盐酸西替利嗪联合复方利血平西咪替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法 采用随机单盲的临床研究方法观察盐酸西替利嗪联合复方利血平西咪替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效，并与采用单一盐酸西替利嗪治疗的患者进行对照。结果 治疗30 d后，治疗组脱落2例，对照组脱落12例。80例治疗组皮损计数有效率为90.00%，80例对照组皮损计数有效率为62.50%，两组差异均有统计学意义（P=0.001）。两组不良反应发生率分别为2.5%和15.0%，差异有统计学意义。结论 盐酸西替利嗪联合复方利血平西咪替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效良好，能改善患者生活质量，且无不良反应。

【Abstract】

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of cetirizine hydrochloride combined with compound reserpine cimetidine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods In this randomized single-blind study，we observed the clinical efficacy of cetirizine hydrochloride combined with compound reserpine cimetidine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. And compared with control group patients treated with a single cetirizine hydrochloride. Results After 30 days treatment，treatment group lost 2 cases，whereas control group lost 12 cases. The effective rate of treatment group in 80 cases of lesion count was 90.00%，and control group in 80 cases was 62.50%. There were significant differences between the two groups （P=0.001）. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 2.5% and 15.0%，and the difference was also statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of cetirizine hydrochloride combined with compound reserpine cimetidine in treating chronic urticaria is valid. It can significantly improve the quality of life of patients，and no obvious adverse reactions.

荨麻疹是由于皮肤，黏膜小血管反应性扩张及渗透性增加而产生的一种局限性水肿反应。皮损反复发作超过6周以上者称为慢性荨麻疹［1］。慢性荨麻疹病程长，容易反复，极易产生耐药性。本门诊在2013年10月～2014年11月应用西替利嗪联合复方利血平西咪替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹，取得满意疗效，结果报道如下。

1　资料和方法

1.1临床资料

160例（男88例，女72例）均为本门诊患者，符合慢性荨麻疹诊断标准［2］。无高血压，心脏病，糖尿病及其他器质性病变，妊娠，哺乳期妇女除外。随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组80例，年龄在15～63岁，平均年龄（37.45±12.66）岁，病程2～18年；对照组80例，年龄在9～60岁，平均年龄（35.20±11.15）岁，病程1～10年。
