本科护生毕业论文选题指导需求的调查

目的 通过了解本科护生对毕业论文选题指导的需求，希望能够得到相关指导部门和指导老师更多的关注与重视，从而提高毕业论文选题的质量。方法 自行设计问卷，对2014年6月在厦门三甲综合医院实习的100名本科护理实习生进行关于毕业论文选题指导需求的问卷调查。结果 90%的护生认为指导老师的关注度对自己的论文有影响，希望指导老师全程参与。80%以上的护生希望老师以温和的态度面对面与之沟通，每周沟通1次，1次1 h。对于不恰当的地方75%的护生希望老师提出建议自己修改；而有90%以上的同学希望加强论文选题过程中基本内容的指导。结论 论文选题指导应该满足本科护生选题过程中的需求，提高论文选题质量。

［Abstract］

Objective Through the understanding of undergraduate nursing students’ demand for the guide of graduation thesis topics，we hope to be able to get more attention from the related departments and teachers，so as to improve the quality of graduation thesis topic selections. Methods Using selfdesigned questionnaire，we invited 100 undergraduate nursing students to do the questionnaire survey about the demand for the topic selection of graduation thesis in the top hospitals in Xiamen in June，2014. Results 90% of nursing students thought that the teachers’ attention influences thequality of their theses，and they hoped that their teachers could give their guidance all the time through the process of their theses writings. More than 80% of the nursing students want to have a one-hour face-to-face communications with their teachers once a week. There were 75% of the nursing students hoping that their teachers could give some suggestions on their inappropriate views，so that they were able to modify their theses. Moreover，over 90% of the students hoped to strengthen the guidance of the basic content of thesis topic selections from their teachers. Conclusion The guidance should meet the demand for the thesis topic selections of undergraduate nursing students，which could improve the quality of the thesis topic selections.

1　调查对象和方法

1.1调查对象

2014年6月～2015年3月，在厦门市三甲医院实习的本科护生100人，其中男15人、女85人；年龄20岁以上。

1.2调查方法

参考相关资料［1-4］进行资料收集，自行设计调查问卷，内容包括护生的一般资料，对老师选题指导方式的满意度，指导老师对论文选题的关注度，与指导老师的沟通需求，对指导老师的需求，对指导内容的需求等共16个条目，均为单项选择。在本科护生毕业论文选题结束后以不记名方式进行问卷调查，由调查者向护生讲解问卷内容，在护生理解后发放问卷，填写完立即回收，然后整理。发放问卷100份，回收100份，有效回收率100%。……
