单倍体造血干细胞移植并发癫痫的护理研究

目的分析单倍体造血干细胞移植患者并发癫痫的原因，探讨并发癫痫患者的临床护理对策。 方法回顾性统计分析我中心2015年1月1日～12月31日期间接收入院的行单倍体造血干细胞移植患者的临床资料，共有10例单倍体造血干细胞移植患者并发癫痫，总结其发病情况，分析其发病原因，探讨其临床护理效果。结果10例单倍体造血干细胞移植并发癫痫患者9例无癫痫病史，2例患者发作次数≥3次，4例患者＞3 min。癫痫诱发因素多为移植药物因素。经临床有效癫痫护理后1例死亡，死亡率为10%，护理效果较佳。结论对于行单倍体造血干细胞移植并发癫痫的患者，分析癫痫诱发因素，给予患者有效的临床护理，可显著提升护理效果，提升患者疾病预后。

［Abstract］Objective To ana1yze the cause of epi1epsy after hap1oid hematopoietic stem ce11 transp1antation and investigate the c1inica1 nursing strategy of patients with epi1epsy.Methods The c1inica1 data of patients with hap1oid hematopoietic stem ce11 transp1antation from January 1st 2015 to December 31st 2015 were retrospective1y statistica11y ana1yzed and epi1epsy occurred on 10 patients with hap1oid hematopoietic stem ce11 transp1antation.The onset situations were summarized，the causes were ana1yzed and the c1inica1 nursing effect were exp1ored.Results No histories of epi1epsy were presented in 9 out of 10 patients with epi1epsy after hap1oid hematopoietic stem ce11 transp1antation，two or more onset times were presented in 2 patients and three or more 1ast time were presented in 5 patients.The inducing factors were more 1ike1y to be the transp1antation preconditioning drugs.1 patient was resu1ted in death with effective epi1epsy c1inica1 nursing with the death rate of 10%.The nursing effect was re1ative1y good.Conclusion For the patients with epi1epsy after hap1oid hematopoietic stem ce11 transp1antation，ana1ysis and inducing factor of epi1epsy and app1ication of effective c1inica1 nursing can significant1y increase the nursing effect and improve the prognosis.

造血干细胞移植在临床血液系统疾病治疗中较为常见，可有效治疗疾病，但同时移植的并发症较多，移植并发癫痫即为主要并发症之一［1-3］。移植并发症往往发生快且严重，如不及时给予有效治疗以及护理，常影响移植治疗效果，降低患者预后质量［4，5］。我中心2015年1月1日～12月31日共进行了218例单倍体造血干细胞移植，其中有10例单倍体造血干细胞移植患者并发癫痫，现对其诱发因素以及临床护理情况进行分析统计，现报道如下。……
