延伸护理干预对骨折出院患者康复的影响

目的 探讨延伸护理干预对骨折出院患者相关知识知晓度、并发症和护理满意程度的影响。方法 回顾性分析2014年2月～2016年3月我院骨科门诊收治的60例骨折患者的临床资料，按照不同的护理干预方式分为对照组和观察组，每组30患者。对照组患者给予常规的出院指导，观察组患者采用延伸护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的相关知识知晓度、骨折愈合情况、肢体功能康复状况以及护理满意度评分明显高于对照组，观察组患者并发症的发生率为6.7%，对照组并发症的发生率为26.7%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对骨折出院患者实施延伸护理干预能够提高患者护理的满意程度和相关知识的知晓度，有效降低并发症，提高患者治疗的依从性和出院后的生活质量，具有良好的临床护理效果。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the influence of extended nursing intervention on the knowledge，the degree of complications and nursing satisfaction of patients with fracture discharged from hospital.Methods From February 2014 to March 2016，60 patients with fracture in our hospital were selected，and were divided into study group（30 cass）and control group（30 cass）according to different nursing methods，the control group patients were taken routine discharge guidance，the study group patients were takenextended nursing intervention，nursing effectof patients were compared. Results Observed group related knowledge，fracture healing，limb function rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the control group，and observation group complications（6.7%）was significantly higher than control group（26.7%），with statistical significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion On fracture of patients discharged from hospital implementation of extending nursing intervention can improve the satisfaction degree of patient care and the related knowledge awareness，effectively reduce the incidence of complications，improve patient compliance and discharge of quality of life，with good effect in clinical nursing.

骨折作为一种需要较长时间恢复的疾病，患者住院期间一般使用优质护理的方式，患者出院后意味着护理的结束，无法对患者进行专业化的出院指导和专业的治疗和护理［1，2］。由于患者以及家属的医学知识水平有限，骨折出院患者不能在短时间内全面的掌握健康知识，很多患者出院后缺少功能锻炼，进而延长了骨折的恢复时间，甚至造成患者出现较多的并发症，严重降低了患者的生活质量［3，4］。……
