铺灸联合柳氮磺胺吡啶肠溶片治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎临床疗效观察

目的 探讨铺灸联合柳氮磺胺吡啶肠溶片治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法 将60例肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为两组，每组30例。对照组患者口服柳氮磺胺吡啶肠溶片，疼痛明显者可以加服非甾体抗炎药；治疗组在对照组用药基础上联合督脉铺灸治疗，总疗程为6周，比较两组的疗效并观察患者的BASDAI与BASFI评分、临床指标及实验室指标的变化。 结果 治疗组总有效率为90.0%，明显高于对照组的总有效率（70.0%），两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者的各项指标无明显差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的各项指标较治疗前显著改善（P＜0.05）；治疗组在改善BASDAI与BASFI评分、指地距、枕墙距、Schober及ESR、CRP方面优于对照组 （P＜0.05）；两组在VAS评分、晨僵时间方面差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.01）。结论 铺灸联合柳氮磺胺吡啶肠溶片治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎疗效确切，可以显著改善患者的临床症状和体征，提高临床治疗效果，值得进一步推广和应用。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of long snake moxibudtion combined with SASP in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis which belong to kidney deficiency and Du meridian colden in TCM.Methods A total of 60 AS patients were randomly divided into two groups，with 30 cases in each group.The control group patients received SASP，and added NSAIDs if had an obvious pain.The observation group received the same way as the control group and also received long snake moxibudtion.Two groups all treated for 6 weeks，the clinical efficacy and BASDAI scores，BASFI scores，clinical and laboratory indicators were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%，was higher than the control group in the total efficiency（70.0%），the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Before treatment，each indicators of two groups of patients had no statistically significant（P＞0.05）.After treatment，each indicator of two groups of patients was significantly improved（P＜0.05），and these indicators as BASDAI scores，BASFI scores，the distance form fingers to the ground，the distance form head to wall，Schober，and ESR，CRP of observation group were significantly improved than that in the control group，the difference was significant（P＜0.05）；The difference of VAS and duration for morning stiffness in two groups were statistically significant（P＜0.01）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of long snake moxibudtion combined with SASP in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis is accurated.The long snake moxibudtion can significantly improve the patients'clinical symptoms and signs，and also can improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of AS，which is worthy of popularization and application.

强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis，AS）是一种慢性炎性疾病，主要侵犯中轴骨骼，以骶髂关节炎为标志，也可累及滑膜关节及软骨关节以及肌腱、韧带附着于骨的部位，常引起纤维性和骨性强直［1］。……
