18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖PET/CT显像评估弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤及联合自体高效CIK细胞化疗治疗的效果研究

目的 探讨18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖（18F-FDG）PET/CT显像用于评估弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤及联合自体高效CIK细胞化疗治疗的价值。方法 于2011年1月～2015年6月，选取100例确诊为弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤的患者作为此次研究的对象，所有患者均采取CHOP联合自体高效CIK细胞化疗方案进行化疗，在患者化疗前和2个周期化疗后进行18F-FDG PET/CT显像检查，根据患者对化疗的反应将100例患者分为完全反应组、部分反应组以及无反应组，分析三组患者化疗前后病灶标准摄取最大值（SUVmax）的差异情况。结果 三组患者的完全缓解率从高至低分别为完全反应组、部分反应组以及无反应组，三组之间差异均存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。与治疗前相比，治疗后完全反应组患者和部分反应组患者的SUVmax值均明显降低（P＜0.05），而无反应组患者治疗前后的SUVmax值降低幅度不显著（P＞0.05）。结论 在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者的化疗早期行18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖PET/CT显像检查，能够有效反映患者机体对化疗药物的敏感性，可有效预测化疗的疗效及预后。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the value of18F-fluoro deoxy glucose（18F-FDG）PET/CT imaging for the assessment of diffuse large B cell lymphoma and autologous CIK cells chemotherapy.Methods From January 2011 to June 2015，100 patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma patients as the research object，all patients were taken CHOP combined with autologous CIK cells，chemotherapy，in patients before chemotherapy and after two cycles of chemotherapy were18F-FDG PET/CT imaging，according to the patient's response to chemotherapy of the 100 patients were divided into complete response group，partial response group and non response group，the three groups were analyzed before and after chemotherapy were maximum standard uptake the difference value（SUVmax）.Results Three groups of patients with complete remission rate from high to low were complete response group，partial response group and non response group，among the three groups there were significant differences（P＜0.05）.Compared with before treatment，after treatment complete response patients and partial response group of SUVmaxvalues were significantly lower（P＜0.05）without reaction groups of patients before and after treatment of SUVmaxvalues decrease was not significant（P＞0.05）.Conclusion In the diffuse large B cell lymphoma in patients with early chemotherapy underwent18F-fluoro deoxy glucose PET/CT，can effectively reflect the patients body's sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs，effective prediction of chemotherapy efficacy and prognosis.
