临床护理管理中护理中护士分层管理的施行效果评定

目的 评定临床护理管理中护士分层管理的施行效果。方法 选取该院各科室的70名护理人员作为观察目标，按照摸球法分为参照组（n=35，实施常规管理模式）和研究组（n=35，实施护士分层管理），对两组患者满意度及整体护理工作质量进行评比。结果 参照组病区管理质量、护理文书书写、服务质量及专科护理、基础护理评分均显著低于研究组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床护理管理中实施护士分层管理，有利于提高整体护理服务质量，具有积极的临床使用和推广意义。

［Abstract］Objective To assess the effect of the implementation of the management of clinical nursing care nurse hierarchical management.Methods Hospital nursing staff of the department of 70 as an observation target，according to the law touching the ball into the reference group（n=35，implementation of the conventional management mode）and study group （n=35，nurses implement hierarchical management），to two overall satisfaction and quality of care patients appraisals.Results The quality of the reference group of ward management，nursing records writing，quality of service and specialist care，basic care scores were significantly lower than the study group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The clinical nurse nursing management to implement hierarchical management，will help improve quality of care services，with positive clinical use and promotion of significance.

临床护理工作质量不仅可以充分体现医院整体服务形象，还能对其整体医疗水平进行准确评定，而提高护理工作质量的关键就在于科学合理的护理管理模式。近年来，随着社会经济和人们维权意识的不断提高，传统护理管理方法已经与医院发展需求及患者需求不相符合，鉴于此，分层管理模式应运而生，且已经广泛应用于临床护理管理工作中［1］。该文选取该院各科室的70名护理人员作为观察目标，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取该院各科室的70名护理人员作为观察目标，均为女性，年龄在23～45岁之间，平均年龄（32.2±1.3）岁；工龄2～20年，平均工龄（8.6±1.3）年；学历：本科及以上30名，大专28名，中专12名。按照摸球法分为参照组（n=35）和研究组（n=35），将两组患者的基本资料录入统计学处理器，结果显示组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），可进行比较。……
