溶血标本对生化指标检测准确性的影响

目的探讨溶血标本对生化指标监测准确性的影响。方法于2015年8—12月选取300例健康体检者为研究对象，每人抽取5 mL血样后平均分配至2支试管中，1支常规处理（对照组），1支做溶血处理（观察组）。结果观察组的AST、ALT、LDH、K+、CHOL分别为（59.85±3.77）U/L、（65.78±3.29）U/L、（217.94±12.53）U/L、（5.31±1.98）mmol/L、（7.19±1.12）mmol/L高于对照组的（42.85±2.41）U/L、（55.10±2.13）U/L、（103.12±17.55）U/L、（3.45±0.50）mmol/L、（4.21±1.21）mmol/L，ALP为（85.67±5.81）U/L低于对照组的（125.69±17.54）U/L，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对照组的BUN、UA、TG、Cr、GLU分别为（5.48±1.37）mmol/L、（358.20±34.59）mmol/L、（82.10±15.47）μmol/L、（5.71±1.22）mmol/L与观察组的（5.43±1.55）mmol/L、（366.68±32.12）mmol/L、（83.11±12.33）μmol/L、（5.78±1.29）mmol/L，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。对照组的正常生化指标报告率为93.0%高于观察组的15.3%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论溶血对生活指标检测的准确性具有一定的影响，应严格检验各个环节，降低溶血反应。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the effect of hemolysis on biochemical indicators of the accuracy of monitoring.Methods 300 healthy persons from August to December in 2015 were selected as the research object，the average distribution of each selected 5ml blood to 2 test tubes，one for routine treatment（the observation group），and one for hemolytic treatment （the control group）.Results AST，ALT，LDH，K+，CHOL in the observation group was respectively（59.85±3.77）U/L、（65.78± 3.29）U/L、（217.94±12.53）U/L、（5.31±1.98）mmol/L、（7.19±1.12）mmol/L higher than（42.85±2.41）U/L、（55.10±2.13）U/L、（103.12±17.55）U/L、（3.45±0.50）mmol/L、（4.21±1.21）mmol/L in the control group，ALP was（85.67±5.81）U/L lower than （125.69±17.54）U/L in the observation group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.BUN，UA，TG，Cr，GLU in the control group was（5.48±1.37）mmol/L、（358.20±34.59）mmol/L、（82.10±15.47）μmol/L、（5.71±1.22）mmol/L and the observation group was（5.43±1.55）mmol/L、（366.68±32.12）mmol/L、（83.11±12.33）μmol/L、（5.78±1.29）mmol/L had no statistical significance（P＞0.05）.Normal biochemical indicators report of the control group was 93.0%higher than 15.3%in the observation group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The conclusion has a certain effect of hemolysis on life indicators and detection accuracy，should be strict inspection of each link，reduce the hemolytic reaction.

溶血是指红细胞破裂，血红蛋白从红细胞中溢出，可使血液发生一系列物理化学变化，对血液生化指标检测的准确性造成一定的影响，不利于诊断和治疗［1］。因此，在临床检验的过程中必须减少溶血的发生。为探讨溶血标本对生化指标监测准确性的影响，于2015年8—12月在该院检验科抽取血液标本进行生化指标检测的300例健康体检者为研究对象，检测溶血标本与常规标本中的生化指标水平的差异，现报道如下。
